Alex looked surprised with what I did, but he smiled before pulling the back of my hands close to his lips.

I felt his warm gesture there, my heart was racing as if I was having some acid reaction inside my stomach.

“As much as I wanted to speak and spend more time with you, I don’t want you to miss the opportunity to be inside Pierre Legumes class.” Alex smiled before getting out of his car to open my door.

“You do not want to miss that, right?” he claimed before helping me get out, “I am also late for my meeting, I’ll just drop you off in your room.”

I sighed deeply before nodding, “You have to promise me that you will tell me soon, I want to get to know you better.”

Alex smiled mysteriously, “If you are ready to tell me why are you so afraid that someone is going to kill you or who is this person going after you, I will tell you everything you need to know.”
