Third person.

They all watched as olivias figure was led out of the dining room. Immediately she was gone, Jacob faced them and sighed.

“She was scared, and you two did not make her feel any better with your questions and tones,” he said.

“It is not my job to make her feel better, if she is going to be my mate, then she would have to learn how to be stronger than this,” Christian said.

“In case you have forgotten, she is not your mate, but our mate and you have no right to call her weak if you n-do not know what she has been through” damn said, again.

He was tired of having to spend time with christian and damon. They behaved like unruly teenagers who had no control over their emotions.

“You need to stop feeling sorry for her. She is here to fulfill a prophecy and nothing more, not to be pampered by you or anyone else.” Damon said.

“I am not feeling sorry for her, I am only treating her with decency, which is something that you both need to learn” jacob saud, before getting up and storming out of the room.

Christian felt annoyed, he had never had someone tell him what to do and he did not like the feeling. Olivia was their mate, but that did not mean that Jacob could automatically tell him what to do. They all had the same amount of authority in their respective packs.

He scoffed and also stormed out of the room, signaling for his driver to come with him.

“Where to sir?” his driver asked.

“Back to the villa” he said as he got into the back seat.

Once they reached, he quickly walked out of the car and went into the villa, but instead of turning left to his room, he turned right. He sto[[ed at a door and knocked twice before entering the door.

As usual, she was sitting in the bed with a book between her thighs.

“Hello alpha, welcome” she said.

“Mia,” he said in response. She dropped the book and saw that she was only wearing a see through nightgown, probably waiting for him, as usual.

He scanned the room and saw a bottle of rum by her vanity and picked it up and took a huge gulp. He had made it a point never to drink anything that wasn't verified but he trusted Mia more than he trusted a lot of people in the pack, including some of his own pack elders.

He sat on the chair close to her bed and relaxed as she came up behind him and put her hands on his shoulders, and began massaging it.

“You look tense, did something happen?” she asked, sweetly.

“Nothing serious, just pack business again” he answered vaguely.

“Neighboring packs?” she asked as she massaged his neck.

He closed his eyes as her hands moved to his chest, but did not answer her. He did not like to mix business with pleasure so he never told her about confidential pack business no matter how much she asked.

She sighed and moved to his front and sat on his lap, putting her legs on either side of his legs.

“You know I hate to see you stressed” she said, as her hands roamed over his body.

He hummed as his eyes remained closed, even when she replaced her hands on his chest with her lips.

“How about we move this to the bed to relieve your stress a little” she said in a sweet voice.

He smiled for the first time today as he heard that and lifted her up and walked to the bed.

Meanwhile Damon had also gone back to his pack and was sitting at his desk with paperwork in front of him. He had received many requests that he had to give permission for or reject before they could take place in the pack and he was just exhausted. He got up and abandoned them before walking to his balcony.

Once again, thoughts of Olivia flooded his mind as he remembered how scared she looked at the table.

He agreed with christian that she had to toughen up but at the same time agreed with Jacob. She looked so scared and he found himself resisting the urge to walk up to her and comfort her.

His wolf was crying to be united with her wolf, but he had to use common sense. They had marked her at the instructions of the priest but he still was not sure whether that had been a good idea.

Olivia looked weak. She did not look like the kind of fierce woman that the prophecy had spoken about. A woman who was strong enough to bring together the three packs and help them stop a great evil.

He was sure that they would get a warrior, but instead, they had gotten a slave who trembled at the sound of their voice.

He sighed and walked back inside, hoping that the prophecy was wrong, because the person he had seen today did not look like a person who could save them.

I thought of asking her for an explanation, but I remembered how they had reacted before when I had asked. They all looked scared to offend the alphas, and I understood that because I was also scared. I had no idea what their intentions were, so I made up my mind that I had to escape from this place. I scanned the room for a way to escape. The door outside was guarded by two guards, so there was no way that I could escape through there. As I was thinking, I sensed my wolf becoming stronger. I had missed her as we had not communicated since I ran away from the rogue pack. She needed to gain her strength back, so I let her be without trying to communicate with her. “Do you need anything?” the maid asked. “What is your name?” I asked her. She stared at me for a long time before looking around in fear, like she was scared that she might be

Third person.Jacob kept thinking about what Olivia had told them. As a child, her pack had been raided and she had been taken as a prisoner and turned into a slave. He had heard stories of how the slaves were being treated in the rogue pack, but he had never imagined that it was as bad as that. When they had found Olivia, she had looked starved, with scratches all over her body. Her eyes were sunken in and she was beginning to look like a skeleton. When she sat at the table earlier that evening, the fear in her eyes was very evident, she looked like she was picking and choosing her words so as not to offend them. Olivia. I felt a small spark of excitement in my chest. I hadn’t been to a mall in more than ten years. The last memory of being in a mall was when I was nine, before our pack had been raided. My parents took me there to get a birthday present. I shook my head to clear the memory and sighed. I did not want to think about my parents. The door opened by the side and I looked out to see the driver holding it open and I was embarrassed. I had gotten lost in thought and everybody had gotten out of the car except me. Damon was standing outside, looking at me expectantly. I quickly climbed out of the car and went to stand in front of him. “we have to get some necessary things” He said, and started walking inside. I quickly followed behind him so that i wouldn't get lost but it turned out that wasn't necessary, because the crowd of people were parting as he walked. Some of them had fear in their eyes, and the rest had admiration. He walked fast, so i struggled to keep up

They made me kneel, circling me like they were protecting me.They were six in number, their faces were covered with masks, dressed in black clothing that made it quite easy for them to hide and blend when I thought I had lost them in the forest. Their presence reeked of an unsettling energy. One of them had a band tied on his head, he was the strongest amongst the six, that was the way of identifying their ranks. He took a step forward and pulled my chin up.“Please don’t kill me. I'll do whatever you want.” My voice trembled as I begged. The leader with an intimidating voice and aura spoke in a low, menacing tone, “We are not here to kill you. I was led to a big room, so big that a gasp left my lips as soon as we entered the room. I tried my best to remain calm as we walked to the middle of the room where there was a big wooden table. At the top of the table, there was a man, he was wearing a shiny black suit and his eyes were the lightest shade of blue that I had ever seen. I could see them from the other side of the room. As I got closer to the table, I saw two other men sitting beside him. They all sat very upright, their faces very business-like and hard. The lady that brought me stopped at the other end of the table and pulled the chair out for me. I thanked her quietly, and she bowed her head to me before leaving. I was confused. Why was she bowing to someone like me?“Hello” I said, trying to break the silence that lingered.None of them said anything, they just kept staring at me intensely. So, I tried again.“Can you please tell me where I am?” I asked, directing the question to all three of them. This finally sn

Chapter 6.My head hurt badly as I cracked open my eyes, the lights above me were too bright. The bed beneath me was soft and velvety and although my entire body hurt, the sleep was very satisfying. I looked around and saw myself in a room, everything was white, the bed, the walls and even the door, except for a golden chandelier that hung from the ceiling.I couldn't remember coming here and my mind was foggy. I brought my hand up to my head and massaged my temples, feeling the ache come back slowly. Then the memories started flooding in. The meeting. The woods. The guards. The knife. The wolves that found me. Panic rose within me as I remembered the situation that I was in. I don't know who they were or what they had done to me and why I wasn't dead yet. The stab was supposed to have killed me. My hand moved to the stab wound and felt a bandage wrapped around it. I couldn't stay here. I didn't know what they wanted. They might be other packless wolves who were looking to sell me
