Chapter 35: Boundaries

I left the cabin to start the training. Jacob is with Cassandra and he's already fine. I was relieved that my son's high fever was finally gone. I will not worry about leaving him when I am on training.

“Weird, Alpha James didn't meet you outside the cabin just like yesterday,” Lilian uttered, obviously confused.

I shook my head and took out a deep sigh. “That's even better because I don't want to start the day with bad vibes. It's even better if he would totally leave the pack and never come back again.”

Lilian couldn't stop herself from laughing at my words. “You know he won't do that. We are aware of James' attitude. If he wants something, he won't stop until he has it.”

I shook my head in disbelief because Lilian could still remember one of the traits that James' had and my wolf was right. Alpha James will never stop not until he got what he wanted, but things are more complicated now.
