Chapter 40: The First Wife

“What did you just say?”

Katie could not believe what she just heard from me. Her fists were still clenched while her eyes were fixed at me. She looks so mad and seeing that reaction to her face made me like it. I wanted this day to come for all of us. I have been waiting to this day that Katie, James, and I would have an encounter.

My wish has been answered. They are already in front of my face, looking like an angry dragon who wants to blow fire at my face, especially Katie. I already expected that she would have an exaggerated reaction upon seeing me again.

“I don't need to elaborate this for you, Katie, but you can just talk to your husband. You can ask him what he was doing at my pack, or you can ask him what pushes him to ask my forgiveness again,” I uttered to Katie.

She turned her head at James with her unpleasant reaction. I crossed my arms while looking at them. I wanted to see with my two eyes how Katie would react to this.

“What the hell is she talking about, Ja
