"Got you!" I immediately pressed the doorbell. An old woman, like she's in the mid-sixties, opened the gate with a creased forehead.

"Who are you?" she asked. I smiled at her with hesitation and nervousness.

"Someone told me that you're the Aunt of Raven Deme—"

"What do you need?"

I cleared my throat and looked at her, "The truth."

"What things you're curious about?" she asked as she placed my coffee in my front.

"About her mother, your sister. I'm curious about her life."

She stared at me for a second and slowly put down the coffee cup that she's holding. Her next actions made me confused; she leaned closer to me and hold my face with suprise and happiness that mixed in her eyes.

"W-what's the matter?" I asked.

"You can't remember me? How did you..." She slowly got back on her seat, still looking at me and shook her head.

"No, it's impossible. I'm sure that Serena was already dead."

"Serena?" that name again. What's my question with that name? Why do I always feel weird when someone calling me with that name?

"Ahh, she's the kid that Karen took care of for almost six years. Sadly, Karen disappeared after Serena's family died."

Karen...

I hold her hands, "Did you know where your sister is?"

She shook her head and sadness occupied her face, "Like what I've said, she disappeared without any trace. It's over ten years, I think, after she disappeared."

I leaned back in my chair, crossed my arms and trying to remember the every detail when we met someone in the mall.

"You said that your sister just disappeared more than ten years ago..."

She nods at me, "Yes, why? Did you already found her?"

"Long ago, I met an old woman in the mall, and Raven addressed her as 'mom'. Is it possible that the old woman I meat that time and your sister are one?"

She covered her mouth, her hands are shaking as well as her eyes, "Where is she? Let's go to her. Oh God, I thought she's already dead."

"But, I can't bring you to her now. I need to check something first."

"What is that? Maybe, I can help."

"No need, I need to go. Thank you for the time." I bowed on her and about to walk, but she held my arms to stop me.

"I'm going to give you something, wait me here," she left me there standing, when she got back, she's holding a little girl's dress, "Give this to her when you saw her again. Tell her that her sister missed her so much, okay?"

Karen, Raven, died... argh, my head will be going to explode. I walked and get to a taxi.

Is it really possible that Karen and that old woman who Raven addressed her as his mom are one? If yes, why did she disappear like a bubble before when Serena's family died? "Good morning doc," I greeted Dr. George and sat at the visitor's chair.

My brows are furrowed while he's talking because I can't understand a thing. He sighed and show a tablet that is really familiar to me, "That's what I take every time I had headaches before."

He nods at me, "Maybe, there are things that they want you to forget."

"If that's the case... what are the things that they tried to hide from me?" I asked while thinking carefully their moves around me. Nothing's strange at first, but when Jaxon and I met, they're acting very weird.

He shrugged and give me some pills, "It's for you to find out, here are the pills that you can take to ease your headaches when you're hearing voices again. Don't worry, it's safe for your baby."

"Thank you," I bowed and walked out of his office, I'm staring at my CT scan results.

So they did everything just to hide everything from me? They made me to take this pills to forget everything happened?

Because I'm too tensed now, I sat at the bench nearby.

"Karen Demetrius..."

I get my phone and dialed her sister's number, "Hello?"

I ignored her calls and get back to Karen's sister house, while walking slowly at their corridor to dining are I saw some portraits hanging that I didn't notice earlier. One portrait caught my attention, it's Raven's mother with little girls and boys on her front, they're familiar.

"Hmm, that's my sister and the children that she loved the most, especially this girl," she pointed to a girl in the center, her eyes and smile are so innocent and soft, "That girl almost has the same as Raven, his son. If Serena didn't die, maybe she's married now to Jaxon."

My head automatically turmed to her, "You also know who Jaxon is? H-how?"

"Of course," she answered confidently and point a boy beside the girl in the center, he's familiar, oh, that's Jaxon when he's young. I also saw it at the portraits in his house, "This boy is Jaxon, this one is Wade, and Haru. The other two girls in the left of Serena are Britanny and Haxilla."

I'm staring at my passport now as I remember the things that pushed me to do this. No one knows that I'm also leaving the country, it's better like this, for sure they'll not let me go there and tell different lies to me again.

As the airplane lands, I immediately look at the company that my parents run. The G'ciana.

It took for almost half a day to finally find tge company that they own, many people looked at me when I entered the lobby.

My eyes widened, and my heart beat raced from what I found out, they can't be...

I left the building with too many questions in my mind, I'm so confused and terrfied at the same time. There's a part of me that wants to stop looking for my answers, the other one is opposite and wants to make me feel complete.

Have I done something terribly wrong before to make me suffer like this? Did they hate me secretly, like what the others feel towards me? Why out of all the people that I can think of, why their names appeared responsible for everything happened to me?

I toss my body to the bed and just staring at the ceiling, my hands moved itself to dial Jaxon's number, but no one answered it. He's maybe busy to their business, argh!

My tears fall even I felt numb for some reason, I feel like my body is floating as well as my mind.

Can I bear to accept the truth that I can get from this?
