"I need to see my dad. I have to see him." I pleaded wanting to leave his hold but Owen's strength was one I couldn't pull out of.

"You will have to wait until your mom is out." The nurse said in what she most likely thinks is a comforting voice.

"Come with me sweetheart, you will need to wear some special clothing before you can go in there." Mom who had been inside said. Her eyes were red, she has obviously been crying.

"While you are with your dad, I will go talk to the doctor." I nodded .

"How is he mom?" I asked her crying.

"I don't know. Hence why I need to go talk to a doctor." Mom's voice was breaking which only added to my fear. 'How could a wolf attack him? He didn't go to a jungle, he was dri ing home to us! What happened?' I had so many questions with no one to answer them.
