Chapter 5

"Too late for that" sagot nito kay Naja before it takes my body.

I suddenly heard the cracking of my neck. I feel a sudden surge of powers that I thought I never had. The broken bones that my body screams of pain suddenly healed. Bigla na lang nawala ang sakit na aking iniinda including that pain of rejection. In fact it felt like I didn't have a mate. And the emotions, the emotion I'm feeling right now is anger, hatred and betrayal. With this new power I feel right now, I can kill everyone here. 

"Can you feel the power that flows in you, Crimson? How was it?" tanong nito sa akin. "This is all yours, if you only allow me to be with you other than weakling," anito. 

Nakakamangha man ang biglang pagdaloy ng lakas sa aking ugat at hindi ko pa rin maiwasan ang hindi mag-alala ngunit isinantabi ko muna ito. Ngayong gabi, ngayong gabi ay hahayaan ko munang siya na ang magdala ng aking katawan. 

"D-do w-what you want," sagot ko sa kanya before curling up in a ball unable to hear Naja's pleas to not let it take over. 

"My pleasure," sagot nito sa akin. 

"You are one hell of unreasonable bastard," narinig ko ang aking sariling nagsalita. 

"Come again?" tanong ng beta sa akin as I step forward to where my dead brother's body is. 

"B*tch what are you trying to say?! Are you trying to ignite a war? Back off!" narinig kong sigaw sa akin ni Leo. I turn my head on him and bare my canines at him. 

"What if I am? Can you do something useless alpha? Of course you can't. All you can do is put your tail in between your legs or wag it to the likes of these bastard sh*ts!" pang-uuyam na pasigaw ko sa kanya na galit na galit. "This is how you solve everything by letting them kill my brother? What kind of cowardy is that?" pang-uuyam ko sa kanya. 

Everyone in there gasps as if they can't believe I was able to yell at the old alpha. No one dares to provoke an alpha except if you wish to duel with him or you wanted a death wish. 

Leo shifted in mid-air and was about to pounce on me. His clawed paws aim on my face as his mouth baring his pointed canines target my neck for a kill but I am giving him that chance. This bastard needs to die.  I'm not the old poor, weak and laughing stock Crimson. I am the new me. And he will die in my hands with me being in my human form. 

Before he could land an attack on me, I met him while he was still in the air. And when I landed, my left hand tore his upper jaw and dismantled it from his mouth. The other hand, pierced inside his chest and pulled his heart out. Blood drips from my hands, broken jaw in the left and the other is a still beating heart. Bumagsak ang alpha sa lupa na wala ng buhay.  

"Who's next? Who wants to meet the Moon Goddess ahead of schedule?" nakangising tanong ko sa kanila. 

"H-how dare you!?" narinig kong may sumigaw. At nakita kong si Althea, ang dating Luna ng pack at asawa ni Leo ang sumigaw. I don't have any personal grudge at her but being a luna and yet she never stops everyone from bullying me? That is a pointer for me. She is also a useless Luna. 

"Dare me what?" nakangising tanong ko sa kanya sabay sipa ng katawan ng kanyang asawa habang nasa wolf form pa ito.  He effortlessly flew towards his wife and landed in front of her. "Take that useless wolf's body away," sabi ko pa bago ibanato ang puso at panga sa kanya. "Be thankful because it wasn't your son whom I killed. I don't need a mate like him, useless and a fool."

Nakita ko nanlaki ang kanyang mga mata but I didn't pay any more attention to him nor to the still shocked pack mates of mine. Instead I look to the beta who murdered my brother. And he will pay it with his own life and including this Yra, the mate that my brother desperately wanted. 

"And you," sabi ko dito. "Aren't you going to confess to your alpha about screwing that Yra bitch to him? She isn't your mate but you two f*ck a lot," dagdag ko pa. 

I can smell his scent all over her despite being masked by unknown perfume. I can see even through her mark that is poking on her neck. 

Mabuti na lang at wala na roon ang kanilang alpha, if he heard this, I doubt if he can accept it's not like I care if both of them will die in my hands. 

The beta in his wolf form started to circling me. He's looking for a weakness in me that will serve him as my opening but I don't have that. So I created one opening. If he bite it, then he is a goner. 

"That bitch who you f*ck is my brother's  mate you a piece of shit," I heard my voice shout those words but it wasn't me who's talking. 

I saw their warriors' heads snapped at me when they arrived after their alpha was gone. I knew what would follow. They will attack the pack and kill all of us. But I will not let them do the job that is supposed to be done by me. Putting that aside, I only see the Beta's head and Yra's. 

"You killed the only person I cared about in this world simply because he wanted his mate so badly? And it turned out that you wanted her all to yourself, how amusing. You killed him to have her, aren't you? And for that I will kill you just like how you killed my brother," sabi ko sa kanya not moving an inch. I'll wait for him to launch an attack.

I saw something in Beta's eyes. It must be hesitant since he saw how I killed my old alpha effortlessly. But he still tried to charge at me. His wolf is slightly bigger than Garnet. He snarled at me and then sprinted his way towards me where I planted the opening for him. Before he could even bite me, my hand suddenly met his neck and gripped it as tight as I could before ramming him on the ground. Mabilis akong pumatong sa kanya at tinapakan ang dalawa nitong mga paa sa unahan. I heard him whine about being helpless and tried to howl for help. Some of the wolves tried to lunge at me but I growled at them warning them to not come between me and my prey.

All of them didn't move an inch. 

Muli kong ibinalik ang aking paningin sa lalaki at walang anumang hinawakan ang kanyang ulo. 

"Be ready," nakangising sabi ko sa kanya kasamay ng tadyak sa kanyang dalawang paa sa harapan. I heard a familiar bone cracking as he howled in pain. Alam kong mabilis lang itong gumaling ngunit hindi ko ito bibigyan ng pagkakataong gumaling. Muli ko itong pinagtatadyakan hanggang sa madurog ang mga buto roon at imposible ng mabalik sa dati. 

He howled in pain at desperado siyang makawala mula sa aking pagkakaupo sa kanyang tiyan. I could just rip his stomach open and mess with all his insides but where is the fun of that? I want him to feel what my brother felt before he died. 

"How does it feel? Does it hurts? Does it? Does it?" tanong ko sa kanya at saka umatras ng bahagya mula sa kinauupan ko na bahagi ng kanyang tiyan. 

His eyes are pleading on me but mercy is far away from me. Hindi ako pwedeng maawa sa kanya nikatiting. Buhay ang inutang niya at dapat din ya higit sa buhay pa ang ibabayad niya sa akin.  

My fingernails started to elongated. Sinadya kong ipakita ito sa kanya. I want him to get the idea of where I will be using these fingernails of mine. At ganun na lamang ang kanyang takot ng pumasok sa kanyang utak ang maaaring gagawin ko sa kanya.

"Oh bakit nanlalaki ang mga mata mo?" tanong ko sa kanya. "Are you afraid of what I am going to do with my nails?" dagdag ko pa sa kanya. 

He howled desperately and started to stash trying to get me off of his exposed belly. As if he can do that. As if he can just make me get off of my target. 

Muli ay gustong-gusto itong tulungan ng mga kasama niya but I dared them to come aid him. All of them will die if they tried to. There's no way I'll back down, especially when I marked my prey.   

Without giving a warning, I stabbed his belly with my fingers. Fresh blood oozed from the wounds. He whimpered and howled in pain. I stabbed him many times making sure to hit the vital organs like I'm playing. I was deaf to his begging and pleas. He deserves what is coming to him. 

Some wolves tried to help him but then again  I gave them a warning growl. Nobody messes between me and my prey! No one! 

I ripped him open and pulled every organ I could see. Wala akong pakialam kung buhay pa ito o hindi na. Ang mahalaga ay nararamdaman niya ang sakit at pait ng walang tutulong sa iyo sa mga  desperadong oras na ito. Sa isiping iyon, lalo akong nakaramdam ng galit lalo na noong mga oras na kailangan ni kuya ang tulong. 

At last, I sank my canines to the beta's neck. I bit him so hard that it made me rip his head off from his neck. Tumayo ako at saka hinawakan ang kanyang ulo na umikot ng palayo mula sa katawan nito matapos kong ihiwalay ito sa kanyang leeg.

I heard Yra  whimpering in pain from the audience. How dare she whimper like that when the beta isn't her mate. I tossed her the head of her beloved beta as if it's just a ball and started to pull all his insides out, scattering it on the grass. As soon as I felt satisfied with what I did as revenge, I slowly walked into my brother's body and howled. I was kind of howled with grief, pain and sadness. I started to attack everyone I saw around. I am like a machine that is on a killing spree. And I started to kill everyone. Pack or not. 

Maraming nagsitakbuhan mula sa aking pack habang wala akong pinaligtas mula sa pack ng Twilight. They will die. All of them will be. And at last, I finally met Yra. She died in a very painful death. If she just waited for my brother and didn't screw with her beta, both of them would probably be happy by now, including me away from this sorry pack of mine. But she is whore. She likes screwing. And for that, she deserves to die.

After that, darkness consumed me.
