Chapter 57

Ever since Dominic proposed, I feel like I have been floating on cloud nine. It has been a week since that night, and I have lived in what could only be described as a fairytale. Not only have I become more confident, but Dominic has become more open. As the days went by, I fell more in love with him and our life.

“Finished.” I smiled as I pressed the enter button on my computer.

I finally finished writing my novel. Dominic wanted me to stay home to recuperate this last week, so I used my time to write. I didn’t think I would finish my book this quickly, but thanks to Dominic, I was inspired.

I didn’t know if it would be a top seller, but I believed that it would still be good with a bit of editing. Dominic has been reading my work except for the last few weeks. I wanted him to read it before I published it to get his input, but I also wanted it to be a surprise.
