Ronan’s POV I stared intently at the letters opened on the table comparing each line to see if there might be any kind of mistake there. But everything appears the same and nothing is amiss. Author’s POV Freya sat with her legs crossed on the couch. She kept tapping her feet anxiously. She was expecting Ronan to give off any kind of odd or nervous reaction after everything he did. One of her eyes in the palace informed her that the Alpha king was seen coming out of the childbearer’s room. She had noticed his absence in the middle of the night but didn’t think too much about it until she got the news this morning. What ached her chest the most was that he came back to the room acting all innocent when she could clearly smell Fiona’s scent on him. When she asked where he had been so early. Ronan lied that he had gone to run in the woods. Her claws jutted out of her fingers. Her wolf growled inwardly. She felt the urge to sink her claws into his neck and watch him bleed to death.
