Chapter 91

Fiona’s POV

“Why are you so restless?” Isla asked me as I kept pacing the room back and forth.

I shrugged slowing down. “I am just trying to keep my body moving. It is quite painful sitting or lying down all day.”

“Would you like to visit the garden or probably run in the woods?”

“My body feels too heavy to shift,” I replied. Rin seems to not be in the best mood to respond to me. It's not like I would have appreciated any kind of movement that would have made my bones shift. It's becoming harder each passing day as my belly grows.

Sometimes I worry my baby might be having difficulty moving around because of my laziness. But the doctor assured me nothing was wrong and that we were fine. As I tried to lean forward I felt a pair of strong arms wrap around me from behind lifting my belly. I didn’t realize I had let out a loud moan feeling relieved. I know who it is, his smell and breath is enough to acknowledge him.
