"Hold on Chae Joon" Se Jong said the moment Chae Joon got up to follow Hae Jin and Sung Yoon who were leaving the house.
They've already talked about everything, heard everything, and now knew what happened to Hae Jin .
Where he went and what he went through and were going to send off Sung Yoon.
They still haven't decided on when they'll leave and go help Kim Boom and Kim Soo.
"What?" Chae Joon asked and the anger in his tone couldn't be missed. His eyes as well.
Come to think of it, it happened before. When Hae Jin arrived and he angrily push Tae Jin away from him. His eyes were red as well.
Did it mean something? Yes, he was very angry but then.........his eyes turning red, will it have some kind of bad effect?
And...........Chae Joon was still angry about what he just found out. About what Kim Boom and Kim Soo did to Hae Jin.
He was still angry to know that, after everything those two did to Hae Jin, he still wanted to help them.
This.......this he (Se Jong) could see.
And the truth was.............
"What's the deal here? You.......*Sigh, you have been acting...... strange. For the past days, you're glue to Hae Jin. You never leave his side even for an hour"
"Se Jong" Chae Joon said and suddenly, his eyes began to turn into their normal colour (Light blue)
The angry look on his face changed as well and he looked at Se Jong, his face now stating how sorry he was.
"Do you know how frustrating this is? I don't know you anymore! It looks like you care more about Hae Jin now. You don't smile at me anymore. You don't come to sleep with me anymore"
For some reason, Hae Jin decided to sleep in the living room instead of sleeping in the master bedroom and Chae Joon always joined him.

This......this really hurt him (Se Jong)
"You don't eat with me anymore" Well, not like he's always hungry, "You don't watch me eat!!"

Here we go again. Anyways, Chae Joon called out Se Jong name as he walked towards him.
"And everytime you see me, all you talk about is Hae Jin. Hae Jin this, Hae Jin that! What the fuck?! This is so frustrating!" Se Jong, tears streaming down.
Ever since that night, this was the first time he was weeping.
"I'm so sick and tired of him! I'm so jealous that I can't even smile at him! I can't give him a genuine smile!"
Se Jong yelled out and without a second thought, Chae Joon rushed to hug him. Gently caressing his back as he said,
"Is okay"
Even so, Se Jong wasn't done yet.
"I know is not his fault but I really can't do anything about it. I can't bear to see you with him. Smiling at him! Happy with him" Se Jong said as he cried.
This......this was so embarrassing. He didn't want Chae Joon to see this side of him.
But then, he couldn't help it.
"I can't bear it!"
And Chae Joon, he was seeing this side of him.
"Is okay" Chae Joon said, feeling bad.
He didn't want this to happen. He just......he only wanted Hae Jin to feel more comfortable, feel more happy without Tae Jin.
But then........that showed Se Jong the wrong impression.
"Do you love him?" Se Jong suddenly asked, surprising Chae Joon.
Pulling Se Jong away from him, he stood a step back, hands on Se Jong's shoulders.
*Sigh, Chae Joon sighed and after a few seconds of silence, he confessed
"I do" surprising Se Jong. Seeing how surprised and hurt Se Jong was, he immediately said
"But is not what you think"
Is not what he (Se Jong) thought? He just said he was in love with Hae Jin! What more.........
"Please, let me explain" Chae Joon pleaded and without a second thought, Se Jong nodded.

"What's taking them so long? I think we should leave" Sung Yoon said. She and Hae Jin stood outside, waiting for Se Jong and Chae Joon but, I guess not anymore.
They were leaving without them.
"Hae Jin, I don't know if you know this but........ I've been experiencing...... fading. I've been losing some of my memories. Sometimes I can't even remember my brother or my surroundings and...... I've been getting new memories I don't remember having. Also, I don't even remember these new memories" Sung Yoon said as they walked away.
"Sung Yoon" Hae Jin called out her name, looking sad and sounding exactly like one.
"Chae Joon said is because I'll be crossing over soon"
What? So, this was what Chae Joon didn't want to tell him and wanted him to hear it from Sung Yoon.
"You'll be crossing over soon?" Hae Jin asked even though he heard loud and clear.
No, he didn't want this.
"Yes. He said they're hints that I'll be crossing over soon"
No, Sung Yoon can't cross over now! What about him?! And Sung Hoon.......
"You.....Your brother"
"Please take care of him"
"Does he know?"
"Not yet. I'll tell him later but please take care of him when I cross over"
There was nothing he could do, right? He can't stop this, can he?
"Sure"
"Thanks" Sung Yoon replied with a smile.
This.........this was bad news! The first bad news he has heard all day!

Evening (Around 6pm getting to 7pm)
"Yes? Why did you call?" Tae Jin asked Se Jong on the phone as he took a seat on the single couch.
After he left the house, he came back to live with his mother.
His mother was not always around so it was just him sometimes.
And God knew,.......
Life has never felt so boring!
"You haven't told Hae Jin about you being his special one" Se Jong asked.
"Stay out of it" Tae Jin said, sounding annoyed and looking like one.
"You haven't gotten sick for a week now and you're already this annoying. I wonder....." Not wanting to hear anymore of his friend's nonsense, Tae Jin spoke.
"What do you want? And what happened? You sound happy" he said and Se Jong let out a loud.
He really sounded happy, why was that? Did something good happen?
"Well, you'll know if you were here and since you're not. I won't tell you"
What? Then.....
"You can keep your good news" Tae Jin said as he rolled his eyes.
"Did I tell you it was good news?"
"Whatever"
"By the way, is your mom home?"
"No, left for work. Why"
"Nothing. Also, am in front of the door, open up" Se Jong said and he immediately got up to open the door.
The moment the door opened, he saw Se Jong who smiled and waved at him.
He really was here. He thought before hanging up the call.
"You should have said that before. Why did you start a conversation with me when you're already here?"
"Oh, my dear friend, stop acting like a jerk" Se Jong said as he shove his phone into his pocket.
Giving him way, he came in, took off his shoes and went through to the living room.
Taking a seat on the double couch, he watched as Tae Jin took a seat on the single couch.
"By the way, I brought what you asked for" Se Jong said as he raised up the brown bag which contained the notebook he asked him to bring yesterday.
Tae Jin called him yesterday night and asked him to bring it.
He didn't think Se Jong will bring it today neither did he notice it when he opened the door for him.
"Why today? On the table" Tae Jin said and Se Jong placed the brown bag on the table.
"Well, is saturday, I have nothing to do this evening so I brought it"
Understandable. Tae Jin thought before asking,
"Water or juice or alcohol?"
Seriously? Alcohol?
"I'm not like you, am fine"
"Okay, whatever" Tae Jin said, after letting out a sigh, he asked, "Are you leaving now?"
"Oh, no need to kick me out, I just came" Se Jong said with a smile.
That smile? What happened? He seemed to be in a good mood.
"So, what's your good news?"
"I knew you were curious about it even though you acted like you don't want to know" Se Jong said, smiling, finding this annoying, Tae Jin said,
"Are you telling me or not"
Well, he'll love to share it but then, Tae Jin didn't know about his feelings for Chae Joon and if he comes to know,......it won't take it well.
What's his good news? Well..........
Author: I don't think we want to know.
Chae Joon said he didn't love Hae Jin romantically.
Author: And he said it anyways.
He said he loved Hae Jin as a friend and wanted him to be happy.
But then......... they've just met and he already loved him?
This was strange. However, he didn't want to think much about it. He trust Chae Joon and if he said he wasn't romantically in love with Hae Jin.
Then it was true. He believed him.
"Actually, I forgot to tell you this. I remembered it a while ago and I decided to come over and tell you about it. Your notebook isn't the only reason why am here"
"What?"
"Hae Jin is not feeling well. He's not that better"
"Don't start" Tae Jin said with an annoyed look and he smiled.
Well, he thought Tae Jin was curious about how his hyung was doing and that's why he mentioned it.
*Sigh, guess now, he'll have to share the serious info.
"Fine. I forgot to mention this and I guess Chae Joon did as well cause he didn't mention it"
What? Tae Jin asked himself.
"When special ones meet their chosen ghosts and they touch, they see the future together"
What?! There was more to know about the ghost world?! About special ones and chosen ghosts?!
When was this going to end?!
Hold on.......did he (Se Jong) just say,
"The future?"
"Yes, Being able to touch each other, the soul and the contract sending the hint is not the only big deal here, you two see the future as well. And in this future you see each other as partners"
"Partners?" Tae Jin asked, a confused look on his face.
"Well, is different for everyone"
"You and Chae Joon can touch each other right? How does it feel?" Tae Jin asked and though Se Jong didn't know why he was curious about it, he answered anyways, a smile on his face,
"Nice. Touching Chae Joon is really nice. Feels like touching a human and Chae Joon is really warm, like really warm"
"I get it" Tae Jin said as he rolled his eyes.
"So it really feels like touching a human"
"Why is he warm? Shouldn't he be cold? He's dead right?" Tae Jin asked. When Sung Yoon touched him before on his 17th birthday, if he remembered correctly, he felt cold.
And...........it just wasn't a nice feeling.
"Yeah, Chae Joon said the same but I really don't know and he doesn't either"
That's weird. How come Chae Joon is warm? Could it be his...........Ahh! No! Don't think about him!!
Tae Jin yelled in mind.
Getting himself under control, he asked,
"What do you see when you touch your chosen ghost?"
"Like I said, is different for everyone but then, I know you see each other as partners. Helping each other. Your chosen ghost helping you in life and you helping your chosen ghost cross over. Something like that, I guess"
"Your chosen ghost sees it too?"
"Exactly. But you both see different things. I saw different and Chae Joon saw different but he doesn't want to talk about it"
"What did you see?" Tae Jin asked and Se Jong smiled shyly, not noticing how shy, I mean, Se Jong's ears were literally red, he was embarrassed, remembering what he saw but Tae Jin didn't notice it.
"Us being partners" he said. Partners in many ways.
Just like Nancy said, what he saw when he and Chae Joon touched will come true.
And he.......he was starting to believe Nancy more and more.
"I see" the dumb, native, Tae Jin said.
"You should know that, it only happens once. When you touch each other or you touch your chosen ghost or your chosen ghost touch you, you two see the future right then. It only happens once and this also proves that, you are your chosen ghost's special one and your.........."
"I get it Se Jong, don't confuse me"
"Well, I was only trying to help"
"Okay, so, seeing the future also proves that you're his or her special one" Tae Jin said as he processed what he just just heard.
"But, you know, I didn't see him crossing over and am worried. Chae Joon hasn't said a word about it either so I don't know if he saw it or not"
And also, he was also a little worried about his eyes turning red when he's angry. Chae Joon won't turn into an evil ghost right?
"You see them cross over? When you see the future, you see them cross over as well?" Tae Jin asked.
"Yes, I heard. But I I didn't see Chae Joon cross over"
*Sigh, what did it mean? Does it mean Chae Joon will turn into an evil ghost?............Or maybe, he'll get the last reward.
To stay in this world for as well as he wanted! Why didn't he (Se Jong) think of this earlier?!
"When was the first time you and Chae Joon touched?" Tae Jin asked, drawing him out of his thoughts.
A smile on his face, Se Jong said, "He didn't want to at first but I did. Maybe is because he thought if he touch me and doesn't see the future, it means I might not be his special one. He was afraid of finding out that, I might be his special one"
Hold on, "If you touch your chosen ghost or you both touch and you don't see the future, does it mean, you're not his special one? Even though the contract and the soul says it all? Even though you can see him and hear him?"
"If you're not a medium and you can see and hear him, that means you're his special one. The contract and the soul proves it as well. Seeing the future is just a bonus and as long as...........you, who's not a medium, can see him, hear him, when you touch, you'll definitely see the future"
"I see" he (Tae Jin) understood this part.
"So,........I touched him first. I touched Chae Joon first. If I remember correctly, it was during the time that thing happened. I was depressed, sad and I touched him. I needed comfort, assurance and I hugged him" Se Jong said with a smile.
