Moonlight Pack

Lana’s POV

The sound of the breeze was music to my ears. I raised my glass of wine up and swirled gently with an unfading smile on my face.

"Finally! It was a success," Naomi said, and I chuckled. It still feels like a dream that finally Emma is out of the pack. I never thought I would live to see that day after so many trials. Like the saying goes, consistency is the key.

"It is a success indeed, but I expected something far greater. I have hoped Alpha Lucas will have her beheaded and she won’t exist anymore for good, but this is good too; I don’t have to see her annoying face again." I said, and Naomi nodded. I wanted her dead. I wanted to see her head hung on the willow tree, and I will pass it each day to relish my soul and smile at my victory.
