Chapter 193

Elena’s POV:

Its been a few weeks, my biological father had been buried of course without my step sister and my step mother. They had been on the run and nobody knew where they both were.

Amelia had been our responsibility. I stood in the window and stayed at the whole city in my black dress. I had been mourning all day.

I wished I spend a lot of time with my father. I wish I fekt his presence in my life. After a while, Anna joined me and she held my hands gently.

“Williams, your father was a good man. You shouldn't blame him for what happened. He was blindfolded. Please. Find a place in your heart to forgive him,” she spoke.

She exhaled deeply and continued, “I also need you to forgive me Elena even though I knew that I shouldn't have gave you up but I couldn't give you the life that you needed. I wanted you to have everything in the world. I was dying in poverty. You were sick Elena. That was the only way I could restore your health,” she explained and tears rolled down her eyes.

“I never knew I would ever see you again because I thought you would have recovered and enjoyed your life. Williams took you in without knowing and he gave you the health that you needed. He treated you and you recovered. That gave me joy,” she said.

She turned to me and stared at me. I wiped her eyes as tears rolled down her eyes, “I am sorry Elena,” she said.

I wrapped my arms around her tightly, “I forgive you mummy and I love you. Iam a mother and I know that no mother in her right mind would throw her child away,” I spoke.

“Thank you my child,” she said

“I love you mummy,” she said and hugged me tighter.

Its been a few weeks since the whole drama, nicklaus and I had worked on our relationship. We were now a happy couple.

I sat on the toilet seat as I held the pregnancy test strips. It read positive.

I am pregnant again for Nicklaus. How do I tell him?

I walked out to see him lying on the ned as he played with Amelia and Jason. I smiled and walked up to him.

He stood up and kissed me on the lips. “I love you Elena,” he said.

“I love you Nicklaus,” I replied.

He slowly went down on his knees and brought out a ring box. He opened it and the ring sparkled.

“Elena, will you marry me?” he asked.

I chuckled and we both giggled as I stretched out my fingers, “yes, I will marry you,” I said. He stood up and lightly brushed his lips against mine.

“I love you,” he whispered.

Jason and Amelia ran to us and we both carried them. “Nicklaud, I have something to tell you,” I said.

He narrowed his eyes and held my waist, “aside becoming my wife in a few days, what is more exciting again?” he asked.

I removed the test strips from my pocket and handed it over to him, “I am pregnant,” I spoke.

“Wow,” Nicklaus chuckled and he wrapped his arms around me tightly. “You are the best thing that ever happened to me, I can't wait, I love you, I love you, I love you,” he said and carried me in the air.
