Chapter 68

Lillian's POV

~After five years~

"Lillian, are you done?"

When I heard Alexander calling me I immediately put on my earrings and wear my heels before stepping out of the room.

The moment I stepped out I saw him sitting on the couch busy fidgeting his phone.

When his eyes directed on me he stood up and fixed his tie.

"Let's go," he said then headed out of the White House but before following him I walked towards the kitchen to check on Amari, my four-year-old daughter.

A smile grace on my lips when I saw Amari sitting at the dining table, eating her dinner.

Beside her is Rose who assists her in eating.

"Hi my love," I greeted and kissed her on the cheeks.

Amari looked at me and stared at my face. She beamed a sweet smile and I can't help but pinch her cheeks unable to resist her cuteness.

"Mommy will leave for a while, be a good girl okay,"

Amari smiled and nod her head so I kissed her cheeks once again before turning my head on Rose.

"Call me if something happens,"

"Yes, Maam,"
