Chapter Fifty Two

Before i could go beyond the gate, Atticus forcefully scooped me, leaving me with no choice but to watch how Domina pulled Lorcan inside her door and locked it harshly.

"N-no... No!" I screamed as i continued struggling from Atticus' steel-like arms. "Let me go! Let me get him out there!" I wriggled like a kid demanding a cotton candy from her parents.

"Quit it. You're frustrating me!" Looking so stressed, he carried me in a bridal style and headed towards his car.

"You just don't understand! It's for your brother's sake!" I sobbed on his neck. He cursed under his breath and held me tightly.

"Half-brother, missy. And i'm actually out of any shits he's involved with." He apathetically said as he smoothly slid me to his passenger seat.

I shot him my deadliest glare. How could he say that? He never failed to make himself the most heartless person in my view, huh. He's near to exceed his brother, i swear! At least, Lorcan has a soft spot for me which i just discovered recently.
