Do you know what makes it more heartbreaking? Seeing his dull eyes, realizing how indifferent it looks to me. So blank. So unfamiliar.

I feel betrayed. I feel played. I feel like i'm the most foolish person in the world. He made me become one.

"What the fuck, Lorcan." Now, his name rolled out my tongue like a venomous acid.

I can't even see some guilt on his face. Like he's already expecting this, like he doesn't care about what I would feel. He doesn't give any single fuck, at all.

"Tell me you're just being drugged." I said in a firm tone. His blank eyes stared into mine.

"I'm not." It broke me more.

How can he even say that without batting an eye?

Another batch of tears started falling from my eyes. My knees are about to wobble, this is hilarious. I turned to Violet, she has a victorious smirk on her lips while looking at me, mockingly. Holding the white blanket, covering her body, she looks satisfied. Fuck.
