“Stay the night.”

Alexandro stood by his car and I could see he was reluctant to leave as well.

He was holding me in a hug, his hands dancing at the end of my back, slightly grazing over the top of my house.

“If I do, I might spend the night trying to convince you to move in with me.” He murmured, his breath carried the beer we had drank earlier and I couldn’t help but chuckle when I remembered he eventually drank most of mine. And I got a reason for him to stay.

“Oh my goodness, I can’t let you drive after drinking. It’s against the law!” I exclaimed dramatically.

“Do I get to sleep on your bed?” Alexandro nudged.

“Well, only if you want to.” I teased knowing he would never sleep on the sofa. I saw it in his face when he resigned to stay the night and pulled away so we could walk inside but he held me steadfastly.

“Can I still have that kiss?” he asked, there was no hungry desire in his eyes like earlier and I knew it was safe.
