“Seat, calm down. I’ll reinstall the alarm systems and make them tighter.” Alexandro said, rubbing his arm up and down my shoulder.

“But why? No one else’s house was touched, just mine, why?” I cried. I didn’t like the idea that someone was after me.

“I hadn’t even planned to leave the house, then I did and came out to see that someone had tried to break in. What if they had succeeded in breaking in and hurt Lisa.” I cried.

“We would not give them the opportunity to.” Alexandro assured me. Then he stooped down to meet my eyes, “Would you like me to assign you a bodyguard? A woman if you’d like.”

I didn’t like the idea of being saddled with someone I didn’t know but the thought of someone trying to attack wasn’t funny either. “I’d think about it.” I sighed.

I looked around the house… “What do you think they wanted?” Alexandro asked me.

I do not have the slightest idea. “I don’t know.” I shrugged.
