LOGAN’S POVWe returned to the palace as soon as the sun rose. I didn’t get enough sleep in the palace of the howling dawn pack because the crows flying by wouldn’t stop cawing. So I decided to sleep some more in my room.I woke up at noon. Around two o’clock. When I got up from the bed, my body felt heavier than normal. Before I went to sleep I heard a loud thud. It was as if the palace was being raided. I decided to check what was going on in the west. Before I opened my door, my room was being filled with gas.
