KATHERINE I had like to silently scream when I opened my closet and the Hybrid King's jacket was nowhere to be found. I wanted to bawl and yank at my hair but not before him. I have to compose myself, in any way I can. “Where is it?” His body was almost literally pressed on my back as he growled. I swiftly turned around and gulped. “I can remember putting the jacket inside my closet that night but now I can't find it. I must have misplaced it.” I was speaking but my voice was barely audible. KATHERINE“And why should the guards go around the house rattling each and every one's wardrobes?” Beta Edward repeated, staring jaw stuck at me as if I just said the most impossible thing in the world.
