Chapter Seven

The entire time Rome sat behind his desk, signing the paperwork, Mr. Aaberg kept staring in disbelief and wondering if it was still a good idea to allow Rome Ford to get involved with Sphinx incorporation.

"All done," Rome said, dropping his pen on the desk.

Then he rested back in his seat, looked at Mr. Aaberg, and asked, "Don't you feel uncomfortable standing like that. There are many chairs here. Take a seat."

"Thank you. But the paperwork is already done. I don't see the need to sit down now." Mr. Aaberg humbly uttered.

Lifting his shoulder in a half shrug, Rome said with a deadpan expression, "Okay, if you say so."
