Chapter Fourteen

At five on the dot, Mr. Orlando brought the car to a stop in DreamTeam parking lot, and then he gazed at Rome in the V-mirror. But he was too focused on his phone to notice his stare.

"Hey, hon. I'm so sorry. But I'm stuck in a meeting right now. Can you please wait in my office for a couple of minutes?" Rome silently read Catherine's text.
