Chapter One

PROLOGUE The sound of gunshots was deafening. Blood flowed, people wailed, and those who wanted to keep fighting kept fighting. Personally, as a werewolf, Aria didn't like fighting with guns; she would have preferred to use her jaws and claws, but living in the human territory has its disadvantages for werewolves; they didn't dare to shift. So, as a replacement, Aria would rather fight with her fists, although it was very dangerous in a place where bullets were flying all around like flies. But even as a werewolf with superhuman speed and strength, after fighting repeatedly for more than two hours, she was extremely tired. One of her shortcomings is her super hearing. Her hearing is very sharp, so the sound of the gunshots always gives her a headache, distracting her and making her reveal flaws. After fighting repeatedly for three hours, Aria was covered in wounds and most of her men were in the same condition. "Chief, how about we retreat? We can always come back and f

Chapter Two

...In the midst of chaos all around meYou are my only salvation....From the bottom of his heart, Boar felt a fear he had never felt before. He screamed, held his face and staggered back, blood dripping all over the floor. Even his subordinates were stunned into silence. From breaking the bottle, to attacking him and saying those words, it didn't even take her up to a minute. Then she took off her heels and stepped directly on the floor barefooted. The floor was filled with shards of the bottle she just broke and the ones that had been broken earlier. Without any change in her expression, she leisurely walked closer to him, the shard in her hand dripping blood. The whole bar was quiet except for the sound of flesh tearing as the broken shards on the floor embedded into her skin. She left a trace of blood every step she took and Boar was frightened into peeing his pants directly. He felt like he had seen a monster, and right before she got to him, his subordinates reacted and all ru

...Even if it's in a sea of blood,I will find you still..."Mate"She found her mate. Aria was speechless. Mate. She tasted the word in her mouth again. It sounded foreign. She didn't believe in mates. In fact she didn't believe in the moon goddess. She felt that all the unnecessary attention werewolves focus on mates is completely unnecessary. She never thought she would find her mate again. At least not in this life.Werewolves come of age at the age of fifteen for boys and sixteen for girls. It is the age when a werewolf can shift for the first time. The age they become completely one with their wolf. And if the child is extremely slow, then eighteen is the latest. If after eighteen, and a werewolf still isn't able to shift, then it is considered that they had been rejected by their wolf. Most werewolves who encounter such situations are never able to shift in their life. They are slow and usually h

...Unconsciously, even in a sea of voices,I would still wish to listen to only yours....Aria suddenly opened her eyes. This smell, this ceiling, this is definitely not the pack house. Instantly, she sprang up from the unfamiliar bed, but she regretted it the next minute. There was intense pain all over her body. She felt like she had been dragged out from under a train and brought back to life. Her whole body was hurting terribly."Damn it! What the hell is going on?""You're up"Her characteristics as a wolf who lived half of her life watching out and being alert mean she is always on guard for every new scent, voice, and person in general. But for the first time, the first thing she felt after hearing a completely new voice wasn't to be on guard; in fact, she felt the voice was quite nice. And then she was like, 'Aria, What the fuck?'"How do you feel now?" The voice interrupted her

Chapter Five

...Here you are,To fit in the missing puzzle,I've been missing all along....In a beautiful and dimly lit room, a man stood straight with his back to the light. The dim light provided by a table lamp carelessly placed on the bedside table cast a strange and distorted shadow of him on the floor. The assistant behind him squinted at the shadow, tracing it all the way to the man's shoes before looking up. Because of how dark the room was, she couldn't see his face clearly. But she could clearly see his face outline. It was sharp, straight and cold. Perhaps the dim lighting further enhanced her imagination, but she suddenly felt cold all over. The weather was warm these days and the A.C. is clearly not on but the temperature in the room continued to drop several degrees with each passing minute until the frequency of the silence was disturbed by a deep, distant voice. "Anything new?" The voice was deep, yet light. It sounded like he
