Amber's pov At this stage, I couldn't ignore Mrs. Morgan. If I had been informed over the phone, I would have asked Adrian to accompany me to this place. I was caught off guard. Despite my racing heart, I remained composed and followed the man dressed entirely in black. As I was entering the bar, I began thinking of the words I would tell with my grandmother for what she had done. Why would she betray me like this? Has she taken advantage of my affection to deceive me? If I were in her shoes, I wouldn't act in such a manner, no matter what. We entered the bar, and on the first floor, people were seated at tables and chairs. The man I was following didn't head towards any of the seats; instead, he ascended the stairs, and I followed suit. It was on the second floor that we entered, and he halted in front of a table with two seats. As we approached, Mrs. Morgan had her back turned to us, and at that moment, I convinced myself that she was the one, as we were in close proximity.
