Caleb was stunned for a moment. Then, he asked in a strained voice, "What do you mean?"

Taking out my death certificate, Carol shakily held it out to Caleb. "If you won't believe me, at least believe Liddy's death certificate."

When Caleb saw the words on the paper, he couldn't help but freeze on the spot.
