Chapter 6: Falling into the Trap

A few days later, I found Shawn at the entrance of Beatrice's school.

Shawn looked the same as before, with his messy shoulder-length hair falling over his head. He wore a deliberately worn-out leather jacket and leaned against his motorcycle, smoking a cigarette, creating an intentionally carefree and rugged image.

Seeing me, Shawn furrowed his brows and asked, "You are... Beatrice's sister, right? What do you want from me?

"First of all, I know nothing about and did not interfere with your relationship with Beatrice, so don’t create trouble for me.”

I smiled and replied, "Rest assured, I'm not here for anything personal, and besides, we don't have any personal matters to discuss.

"I've come to you for business. Let me ask you, do you want to become famous, like a big internet celebrity?"

Shawn seemed to hear a joke, "Lily, are you telling me a joke?"

I said seriously, "Our company is about to launch a talent search program. We need to find outstanding amateur artists to partici
