Chapter 8: Go Home

Although there was guidance from the videographer, Shawn still took the entire afternoon to finish the shoot.

When we wrapped up, he visibly breathed a sigh of relief.

I also let out a sigh of relief, knowing that the most important part of my plan had gone smoothly up to that point.

The ghost painter beside us knew what Shawn was going to paint as soon as Shawn made the first brushstroke. He had already finished the painting before Shawn completed the video shoot.

I paid the ghost painter his fee, and he left first. However, it was essential for Shawn to complete his painting and capture the moment when he added the final stroke to the already-finished artwork.

Once the videographer recorded the finished artwork, we wrapped up, awaiting the video editing.

During the shoot, Shawn attempted to strike up a conversation with Kelly several times.

However, Kelly couldn't stand his ugly paintings and left early.
