The crowd left as quickly as they came. Luther sat by my bed and began peeling an orange for me.

"Who's that lady?" he asked curiously before popping a slice of orange into his mouth. "She's quite pretty."

Wasn't that orange meant for me?

I smacked Luther on the head instantly, causing him to wail in pain. "Ouch! Watch your strength, Lucian! Alright, alright! I'll drop the question! Geez!"

There was no such thing as a taboo question for me. "That was my secretary."

"Huh? She's just a secretary? I thought she'd be my sister-in-law." Luther pouted at me. "Lucian, you gotta work harder. Mom really likes that Charlyn woman…"

"She's your tutor!" I glared at Luther. "What does this have to do with her anyway?"

"Oh? You don't know what's going on? Why do you think Mom wants her to stay in our house?"
