Chapter 73

Leah POV

It felt like deja vu, a familiar feeling. Just like the last time they had brought Damian to the clinic. I could still remember it clearly.

“What the hell happened?” I yelled, unable to hide the shock in my voice. All the guards looked at each other with guilt written all over their faces.

They were the ones I had spoken to earlier on. They had been snobbish and rude and now they refused to meet my eyes.

“He got attacked,” Marcus answered as they placed him on the bed. Damian groaned painfully with his eyes closed.

I quickly went to work. I had been a bit tired earlier but right now I was filled with energy. I had to save Damian before Amelia came in. I cleaned his injury, disinfected it and applied treatment to it.

No one said anything, they all wanted me to try to save their Alpha.
