Chapter Sixty Six - Preparations

Kari's POV

I was sat on the sofa surrounded by my pups. It was as if they could sense I needed them. Joshua was curled up in my lap, Laire was snuggled up to me on my right dies, and Verity was the same on my left. The three troublemakers were curled up around my feet. I felt relaxed having my pups surround me.

"I think we need to gather everyone together," I said. "I don't think it will be long before we have to fight. We need to start preparing. Gramps, can you get the Supernatural council together?"

"I can sort that out," Yasmin said. I smiled my thanks to her.

"I will start by contacting all the Alphas that we trust from our area," Grant said. "Get them to bring as many warriors as they can without leaving the packs at risk."

"I will get the other regional leaders to do the same." The King announced. "Shall we move this to my office?"

"I don't think I am going anywhere for a while," I said, looking at my pups surrounding me.
