It's been weeks I've lived here. Work is good. Everything is good. And I've been living the house to work and work straight home. Adrian has been giving me so much work lately. I need a break. So, I'll be going to my mom's place this weekend.

I didn't go to work today..I told Adrian I

wasn't feeling find.

Yet, he gave me work from home.

I couldn't leave the house. excepts he gives me permission. His guards were there to stop me if I tried leaving. 

I'm waiting for him to come.

It's been hours. Yet, he's not back. I was about going to bed when he came if. Finally! I went to him before he could enter his room. When he saw me, he breathes a sigh of exhausment. I bet he saw my face expression. I stood Infront of him with my arms closed

"What is it Billie. Don't you see that I'm tired?" he said

"Didn't you see how unwell I was before giving me homework! And you even told your guards not to let me out. I'm I your prisoner!? And now you're standing here and asking a question I should be asking you." I said and he sigh again. He walked pass me to his room. I followed him from behind saying

"You don't walk away from me because you don't like people doing same. Stop doing unto others what you don't like been done to you" he didn't turn back. he was undressing. I said again

"A d r I a n.." almost like a whisper and he stopped what he was doing and turned around

"Billie please." he said the same tone.

"I'll be living for weekends to my mom's place. I need a break" I said and he gave me a worried look. why is he doing that? Am I about to die?

He walked towards me until he was inches away. I gulped because his face changed to a serious one as he said

"You need a break...Okay. I'll send my gauds with you" I gave him a questioning look

"For?" I asked

"For your safety" he said

"That's ridiculous..I can take care of myself. I don't know those fighting skills for nothing." I said and he raised his brows

"What? I can try it on you now. If you want" he chuckled and I did one move on him immediately..he held my hand in a speed of light as I landed on his hard chest and he said

"That was fast but not fast enough." I tried removing my hand from his grip but failed. he smirked

I did another move. But ended up with my back against his chest. With his right hand on my stomach and the other holding my left from behind. I couldn't move. It's then I knew I failed.

He whispered to my ear from behind "give up sweat heart." and I did. After which he released me. My heart was still pounding heavily. 

"You just showed me how weak you are. and that's exactly why you'll be going with my guards. That's Final" he said and went to the bathroom. I just left his room. I've already embarrassed myself so much today.

Next day

Adrian left earlier this morning. Before I could leave, he arranged everything. I went to my mom's place with the guards he left for me in one of his cars. When I arrived..I went out of the car and I went in as the guards followed from behind. My mom didn't look so happy to see me as she said.

"Why are you here baby?" I gave her a confused look as I said

"Mom aren't you happy to see me? I just came for weekend." 

"of course. I'm happy to see you..." she said as I came to hug her. she looked at the guards past me and said

"Why do you have guards along?" I chuckled and said

"Arians' idea. He's complicated mom. So complicated. I don't know how long I'll keep working for him. Like seriously." I sigh and she shook her head and was smiling. why did she do that?

The weekends were beautiful. I ate my favorite dishes as my mom cooked. I missed her cook so much. But do know how to cook. Very excellent! Adrian calls me like almost every hour...

The night before I left, he called when I was in the living room with mom..I didn't dare to ignore his call. My mom asked who that was calling this late. I didn't respond as I picked the video call

On phone

"Why do you keep calling...don't you get tired?" I said not looking at him.

"Shut your mouth. You should be happy I call you..I bet no one calls you other than me!" he said and I laughed out loud and said looking at him this time

"You wish...hahahaha..please Adrian it's late and I bet you have seen me enough for today. can I sleep now. I'm so exhausted" 

"You're so exhausted sitting and running your mouth like this..pff!" he said and my mom laughed. What the! I was about hanging up when he said

"Don't you dare! don't you have manners? I called you. I'm the one to hang up not the reverse. talk bird" I gave him a dangerous look. as my mom asked him

"What's that name you called her?" I frowned

"talk bird. It's a nickname I gave her because she talks a lot. But she hates it so bad. And that's the more reason I keep calling her that." I twisted my mouth nervously.. and said

"A d r I a n..I think it's time to go to bed now. You have said enough" he gave me that charming look a g a I n and my mom saw it...

"What the hell Adrian! I hate you so much!" I said and he responded with a wink

"I know right. Good night talk bird" he said and hung up

Wow..I didn't want to face my mom for anything. I shrugged for a while as I heard her giggling. I couldn't take my it again. So, I went to bed. not looking back. This is the 2 time he embarrasses me.

"Sir she'll be going to her apartment tomorrow.." one of the spies of the group said

"You know what to do then." their head said

"Yes Sir" he said and left
