32: Burgers & Fries

Easton POV

I got a quick rundown on what happened in the common room while we were on the way to the diner. Ryan was right; I really do have myself a badass Luna. I was thinking about the fact that it’s unusual for females to have an Alpha aura when we pulled up to the diner.

We went in and the diner suddenly went quiet.

‘Is that what usually happens when you show up in public?’ Emily mind linked me.

‘Not really.’ I linked back.

As we walked to the corner booth, I could hear the other customers begin to talk again. “That’s the next Luna, the tall one.” I heard someone whisper as we walked by. “I heard she knocked out two warriors at once” Another whispered. The noise slowly began to build back up.

I stopped to turn back towards the whispers, but Emily nudged me to continue. We sat down as the noise began to slowly build back up. A young she-wolf quickly made her way towards our booth.

“Alpha, Beta,” she started with a wide smile, “here are your menus. What can I get you
