Pythia POV:
I had no idea that labor would be this painful. Full on contractions started not long ago and I have never wanted to kill someone so badly in my life but right now I wanted to rip off Tyes head. "I swear to goddess you aren't touching me for a while." I grunted through another contraction. "That's fine I will wait as long as it takes." Tye said sweetly as he took a wet washcloth and wiped the sweat off my forehead. "Why are you being so sweet. I am not being nice to you at all." I grunted. "Well I mean you are about to give birth to our son and for that alone I would take all of the mean words in the world." Tye replied softly. Okay now I just feel like a mean ass but this truly hurts. "Well let's see how you are doing." Julie announced as she walked in. "How is Ambrosia? Is her and Artemis alright?" I asked. "They are doing just fine, both of them are resting." Julie replied. I knew Ambrosia was getting close and I
Pythia POV:It's been a few weeks since we have been home and got settled. We fell into our new routine for now, both of the boys have been doing really good. Julie has been checking on all of the babies. The other girls went into labor literally a day apart. We haven't really seen anyone else since I have preferred to get us into a normal routine but Lillith and Phil came by and said that my dad and my aunt along with Kathrine will be coming by to pay me a visit. I'm not really worried about the grand council right now, they are the very least of my priorities. I healed up faster than I thought I would and I feel better than ever. Damien and Storm haven't come by to visit, I've been told they won't leave the house they are in. Others have come by to make sure we had what we needed and I couldn't thank them enough. "They are here." Tye said softly. We just got Apollo down for a nap and the last thing we wanted to do was wake hi
Pythia POV: My life has never been an easy one, being the daughter of the queen of us dark witches was never easy. My mother did things that I did not agree with but because I was shown no respect she never listened. When Bosch came to us everything within me screamed to run, I mean the man looked like death himself and oozed with betrayal. I did my research on him, he murdered his own mate, his own sister and anyone who got in his way. He is truly a sick fuck, but he made the mistake of telling my mother what he was after and I couldn't allow her to make such a move. It would literally kill us all and that is something I would not allow. Our people deserve to live, not die at the hands of a selfish power hungry monster. It wasn't long I recruited Stony and Lilith, my two closest friends. They have stuck with me through everything and when I told them what was going on they didn't have to think about anything. They knew she was going to take us all down with her and we needed to t
Pythia POV: I knew I could count on him to handle this. "Call everyone to the media room, we need to give them a pep talk." I said before teleporting to the media room. I knew it would take too long so I walked on stage and sat down waiting. Very quickly my witches started coming in and taking a seat, they looked at me with determination in their eyes. When the last of them piled in I cleared my throat. "Now you all know what will be happening and I need to know now if any of you want to back out." I said, my voice echoed in the room but no one moved. "Some of you may die, but if we are smart none of us will. Do not think with your emotions. We all know what will happen. If you don't know then allow me to tell you, if you think with emotions you will lose control of yourself and your powers. We are strong men and women, we will fight in this battle and make the change we all want." I said looking around the room, everyone had cleaned up wearing black on black. "Does anyone have any
Pythia POV: Alley and Stephen were saying words to each other and I didn't have time to waste, I reached for my bag causing a little noise before I snatched my bag and threw it down at him, smoke quickly filled the air and screeches from those vampires rang out, what a horrible noise. I jerked my head towards Alley when the smoke started to clear, "Open the shield now! We have a few hours tops!" I yelled, I could see Stephen tense as eyes looked up at me "Jeremy now!" Alley screamed out and more growls around me erupted before shit hit the fan, I jumped out of the tree as well as the others, I landed on the back of a wild looking vampire. I quickly pulled the stake from my boot and launched it into his back piercing his heart. We fell to the ground and as I stood I looked around to see utter chaos. I ran to the closest thing I could get my hands on which turned out to be one of my own people, not that I knew him all that well. "Pythia you dirty bitch. Killing your mother wasn't en
Pythia POV: This is madness, absolute madness. I felt the sudden pull to a specific direction, my eyes scanned around before a smell hit my nose. What is that? It smells like a lake that you would find in the meadow on a warm spring day. Where is it coming from? Why is my sense of smell acting up like this? I was so lost in my train of thoughts I didn't see the knives that were launched in my direction. One scraped my arm while the other firmly planted itself in my leg. "AH! FUCK!" I screamed and stumbled looking down at the knife. Son of a bitch. I looked up to see a dark witch I didn't know running full speed at me. I tried to get to my feet but I wasn't fast enough, before I knew it we were both on the ground. She flung her fist down at me and connected with my ribs and I heard them crack. Shit. I have to get this fucking knife out of my leg. She delivered hit after hit, each I blocked barely. I reached down and grabbed the handle of the knife and in one swift pull I ripped it fr
Tye POV: Rex has been uneasy since we got in our hiding spots. The very sound of Bosch made my skin crawl and I couldn't wait until Alley killed him. Our world will be better off without him. I decided not to shift just yet because I like hand to hand combat, keeps my skills up to date so if I ever get into sticky situations and humans are around I won't feel the urge to shift. I kept Alley and Stephen in my line of sight because that is my baby sister and as much as I knew she could protect herself it's still my job to keep her safe. Each time I look at her I can see how much she has grown. She was strong before but now she is stronger and the way she carries herself hasn't changed. She loves those around her and she loves her pack. She gives us faith when we feel like there is none left. I heard the trees rustle around before a bag came flying out from it. What the hell is that? It landed by Bosch and when the smoke cleared he was stone and the most beautiful voice rang out. "Op
Tye POV: She stood tall, had piercing green eyes, now that I think of it our eyes almost matched. She was slim and had her hair braided, she looked like a true warrior, Rex licked her face, and she ran her fingers through our fur and I felt Rex instantly relax, her touch was soft and she smiled showing her pearly white teeth. Oh my goddess we are so screwed. She is perfect for us and in this moment I knew I would do anything for her. "Pythia! They are throwing poison smoke! We don't have an antidote for that." a voice rang out and Rex tensed and growled loudly, so her name is Pythia? The fucking dark witch queen?! I am mated to the dark witch queen?! She held her hand up and Rex stopped growling. The other woman stopped dead in her tracks looking me up and down. "Make and antidote in the woods quickly!" Pythia yelled back at her, she turned to me with a look I knew all too well. I was not about to like the words she spoke next. "I don't know who you are or why I feel a certain wa
Pythia POV: Everything was happening at once. I could feel Bosch about to break free and bags were being thrown causing the ground to explode. Shit this is not good. We need to do what we can and fast. I moved in and out quickly, snapping anyone's neck I came across. The large wolf trailed not far behind me, killing anything I missed. I could hear screams around me, people being injured, I saw a bag being launched in my direction but more behind me, I stopped and turned to see my big beautiful wolf being the main target. "NNOO!" I screamed and teleported to his side shoving him, fuck he weighed a lot, "Balthakk!" I roared and watched him be thrown to the side just as a bag hit the ground next to me. I didn't have time to brace myself before I was thrown in the same direction as my wolf, I landed against a super soft and fluffy figure. I felt a growl rip through him and I learned forward to stand only to realize I was hit harder than I thought. I stumbled around and felt my wolf

Pythia POV:Brandon left last night with a few others so that he can go and see if Leia is in fact his mate. Alley also went into labor yesterday, we have been waiting to see the twins. She is the first of us to go into labor and that made me happy and nervous at the same time. I know she was hurting and heck I couldn't blame her for being so ready to give birth. "We have babies! A boy and a girl!" Stephen shouted happily. "Oh goddess congratulations! How is Alley? How are the babies?" I asked. "She is doing good, the babies are doing really good. Both in very good health. We have Ashlee Marie and William Douglas." Stephen replied. There was such a bright light in his eyes. "Y'all can come in and see them if y'all want to." Stephen stated. "Well move because I want to see me niece and nephew and check on Alley." I said pushing by him. I could hear Tye laughing behind me. I walked through the door and seen Alley had a baby in ea
Pythia POV: I didn't feel like being inside all day so I made Tye and Brandon lay out a large blanket while I grabbed a couple snacks and Ambrosia grabbed some drinks for us. The minute she heard about what was happening she came over and inspected me herself and then came back this morning so I wouldn't get bored sitting around by myself. As we walked outside I stopped to see what the boys had done. They had an entire set up for us, the blanket I had picked out was laid out the way I wanted to but I see they added what they wanted as well, they placed umbrellas like you see at a pool at each corner so that we would be shaded, they also put cute little lawn chairs down for us to sit in. "I figured this would be more comfortable for you both." Tye said as he walked up to us. "It is absolutely perfect. Thank you so much." I replied, smiling at him. This was the perfect set up for what Ambrosia and I were going to try to accomplish today. As we sat down Tye, Brandon and Jackson sat
Pythia POV: We were not expecting to stay another night so Phil decided that we would go find a mall or something so we could get another respectful outfit and grab dinner while we were out. My mind has been racing since we got back in last night, if Alley didn't spread spirit to me then who did? Did I somehow bend the element like the book said I could? If so, how in the hell did I do it? Standing back in this room with the elders in front of us again didn't seem so intimidating with the rest standing firmly behind me. It seems like we have been standing here for hours while the elders reviewed what was handed to them. My dad and aunt didn't give anything away unlike the others who were visibly upset by what they were reading. "Where did you get all of this?" A male elder asked. "Everything we have is from the goddess herself." Alley replied easily. All at once their heads snapped up, "What do you mean they came from the goddess?" A woman asked. "There is much you do not know of
Pythia POV: I took one last look in the mirror before I went to meet the others. I decided on a really nice black pants suit with black flats since I was not about to walk around in heels. I curled the bottom of my hair and applied a small amount of makeup. To say I was nervous was an understatement, I took a deep breath and walked out of the large bathroom to meet the others. The men had on really nice sleek suits and Ambrosia had a dark red pants suit, it seemed like we all were thinking alike when we were figuring out what to wear. I had made my decision to help Brandon find his mate when we got back home. The man deserves that much right? I know he has been looking every chance he got but, I can see that he is losing faith. "Are we all ready?" Phil asked. "I believe we are, let's get this done and over with." I replied. As we descended down the elevator I tried to control my breathing, the questions that have been swirling in my head will be answered soon and even though I say
Pythia POV: Today was the day for us to head out to meet with the elders tomorrow. Phil said that it wouldn't be that far of a drive, maybe four hours tops. I packed all of the bags and Tye went back through and double checked to make sure that I didn't miss anything. We decided that it was best that Brandon come with us just in case anything goes badly. Stephen is keeping his shield around us all still and for that I am extra grateful for. They have decided that they would show up right before anything is said as a sort of surprise for them. Since I am mated to a wolf then technically I fall halfway under their council as well. "Are we all ready?" Phil asked. "I believe we are, I need to find Brandon before we go." I replied. "He is already waiting by the car." Tye said as he walked up to us. As we walked out of the front door we were met by smiling faces, all the women and men came to see us off. "We will see you soon." Alley whispered in my ear as she gave me a tight hug. "
Pythia POV: I have been obsessing over what to wear to the point it is frustrating me, I swear my belly gets bigger and bigger each day. It looks like someone stuffed a watermelon in me at this point but I can't really complain. I've had an easy pregnancy so far thank goddess but I am starting to worry about how big this baby is going to be. I mean goddess sake if it is too big what will happen? No way am I pushing out a ten pound kid. I finally decided on basic leggings and a large tank top. I needed to be comfortable because I already know momma will have so much food, but before we do anything we are going to see Julie so we can finally know what we are having. I would be fine with a boy or girl but I also know there is something about an alpha girl and it makes them special or something. If that is us then I will do more research into it and see what we need to do to prepare her. "Are you almost ready?" Tye asked from the doorway. "Yes, just let me put my shoes on." I grunted
Pythia POV:Everything seems to be going smoothly and I have to admit that I am impressed with everything. "How are you feeling my dear?" Tyes mother asked as she walked towards me. "I am feeling okay momma, I'm looking forward to dinner tomorrow." I replied smiling. "I hear we will find out what you two are having tomorrow as well." She said as she rubbed my belly. "We do! I am very excited to find out. What do you think it will be?" I asked. "Hm. I think it is a boy." She replied. "How come?" I asked. "Just a feeling I get, boy or girl I will love no matter what." She replied, smiling at me. "Now don't hog her." Tyes dad said as he wrapped me up in a hug. I giggled at the deathly look she gave him, they were by far the cutest couple ever. "We are looking forward to dinner tomorrow, we haven't really been able to spend much time with you." He said, giving me a sorry look. "We have all been busy but at least w
