Pythia POV:
I knew I could count on him to handle this. "Call everyone to the media room, we need to give them a pep talk." I said before teleporting to the media room. I knew it would take too long so I walked on stage and sat down waiting. Very quickly my witches started coming in and taking a seat, they looked at me with determination in their eyes. When the last of them piled in I cleared my throat. "Now you all know what will be happening and I need to know now if any of you want to back out." I said, my voice echoed in the room but no one moved. "Some of you may die, but if we are smart none of us will. Do not think with your emotions. We all know what will happen. If you don't know then allow me to tell you, if you think with emotions you will lose control of yourself and your powers. We are strong men and women, we will fight in this battle and make the change we all want." I said looking around the room, everyone had cleaned up wearing black on black. "Does anyone have any questions?" I asked, looking around the room. "How do we know that they won't turn on us?" Maze asked. "It is something I feel within my bones, something is calling us there. As you all know I have met with them and some of you know Alley is true to her word as is Ambrosia." I replied
"What is going to happen after all of this?" Someone in the back shouted out. "New rules will be put into place, we will update all of our things, there is a high possibility that we will keep the peace with the others." I replied. Gasps rang out and I rolled my eyes. "Do not tell me you all wish to keep fighting and dying? Don't you all want peace for once? To go back to what we were before?" I asked, narrowing my eyes. "I want peace. I miss our beauty." Stony said standing up. "Yeah! We were the ones people came to for help, we protected each other. Supported each other and I believe peace is a smart choice." Lillith yelled out. "Do any of you know why we are called dark witches?" I asked. No one said a thing. Goddess, school is a must after this. No more of the stories passed down, we need to be educated. "It's for the dark magic we use, but it always comes at a price the darker it goes. I do not advise any of you to use beyond your limit. Over time our elders did and looked at what we have become. Greasy, thin, borderline reptiles. I am going to take us back to how we were. Respected and held to a high standard. No more dark magic, unless it it approved and it better be a damn good reason." I said looking around the room. "Prepare yourselves I feel something in the shadows." I said looking around. Stony and Lillith came to stand by me. ''What do you feel?" Stony asked. "I'm not sure, but something is moving in the forest and I know it isn't Alley or her people. Do you not feel it?" I asked. "It feels like death, and anger." Before I knew it Alley and Stephen stood in front of me "It is time. Grab everyone and meet us at the border quickly." Alley said. I jumped to my feet. "You heard her, let's go! Grab what you need and move quickly and quietly!" I shouted, I turned to talk to her but she was already gone. Everyone jumped up and scrambled.
"Do not take more than what you need! We do not have time to slow down!" I yelled out before running and grabbing for four potions that were checked off to me. I created one very special potion for Bosch, it will turn him to stone but only for a few hours and I knew it would give us the advantage we needed. I met up with everyone out front. "You all know your positions. Teleport to them and stay low and stay quiet. Listen for Alley and Stephen, if you see Ambrosia and her team try to stay by some of them. We have the hidden potions and no one is expecting us there. Go now!" I said before I ran up to my room.
I flung the door open and ran over to my desk where my knife set was waiting, quickly I tucked them into my waistband, up my sleeves and down by my ankles. I wasn’t sure how many of them I needed so I needed to try to remember not to lose the ones i am packing. “Everyone is leaving now Pythia we need to go.” Lilith yelled. “Just go! I know my spot I’ll be there soon.” I yelled back. I didn’t have time to double check anything so without putting much thought into it I teleported in the tree facing Alley and Stephen. My heart raced with anticipation as I watched them all get in their hiding spots. Not long after that I heard rusting coming from behind me. I knew better than to look, our mission was to stay quiet and have the element of surprise, I could feel hatred roll off of them and I couldn't tell who hated who more. Bosch came into my view. He stopped just before the shield, "Oh Alley, I know you are hiding here somewhere, I must say I am impressed you hid everyone and ruined my plan." Bosch shouted, his voice made my skin crawl. "Let's not play hide and seek my little witch, we have unfinished business.'' Bosch seethed. Goddess I wanted to kill him but it is not my place. "Alley you should be happy the time has come a lot sooner, you know I need justice after what you did to me the last time." Bosch screamed. Ah yes when she kicked his ass without even trying. That is a great memory.
It quickly flashed through my head the moment those two collided, Bosch never stood a chance in that moment but when Alley nearly drowned him with water well that was karma all in itself if you want my honest opinion. I snapped out of the memory to look down at him. He was seething with anger and it rolled off him like a tidal wave. His body twitched as he looked around making him seem more edgier. I knew he was looking for Alley and his frustration that everyone was hidden was evident. He wasn’t the type that liked to be challenged. I have a feeling no one really stood up to him in any way.
"Come on you little bitch! Get out here!" Bosch roared. How dare he?! I am absolutely shocked that he had the nerve to speak to her that way after each time she beat his ass. Then it dawned on me at what he was playing at. By insulting her he knew no wolf would like their leaders to be threatened in such a way and for him to flat out call her a bitch was just down right disrespectful and it angered me to my core. How pathetic of him to even believe he stood a chance but when your ego is that big i guess you believe anything that you put in your head.
Growls erupted everywhere and right then I knew he officially pissed off every single wolf here. They don't do well when Luna is threatened. Alley and Stephen stepped out and I heard Bosch clapping his hands, "Well well well looks like the little witch wants to die after all." Bosch said with a smirk. The look on Alleys face was murderous. I shifted my gaze to her mate and I could see the hate in his eyes. Both of their auras were colliding with each other to make one giant one and that shocked me. I’ve never seen something like that happen before. Bosch may think he is about to get the jump on them but little does he know I am hiding above him and I have a secret plan of my own. The rogues are also hidden with the vampires. He really has no idea how bad this is about to get for him.
My hand tightened around the bag I was going to be using at any moment and I had only one thought. Kill as many as I get my hands on and help end this fight a lot quicker.
Pythia POV: Alley and Stephen were saying words to each other and I didn't have time to waste, I reached for my bag causing a little noise before I snatched my bag and threw it down at him, smoke quickly filled the air and screeches from those vampires rang out, what a horrible noise. I jerked my head towards Alley when the smoke started to clear, "Open the shield now! We have a few hours tops!" I yelled, I could see Stephen tense as eyes looked up at me "Jeremy now!" Alley screamed out and more growls around me erupted before shit hit the fan, I jumped out of the tree as well as the others, I landed on the back of a wild looking vampire. I quickly pulled the stake from my boot and launched it into his back piercing his heart. We fell to the ground and as I stood I looked around to see utter chaos. I ran to the closest thing I could get my hands on which turned out to be one of my own people, not that I knew him all that well. "Pythia you dirty bitch. Killing your mother wasn't en
Pythia POV: This is madness, absolute madness. I felt the sudden pull to a specific direction, my eyes scanned around before a smell hit my nose. What is that? It smells like a lake that you would find in the meadow on a warm spring day. Where is it coming from? Why is my sense of smell acting up like this? I was so lost in my train of thoughts I didn't see the knives that were launched in my direction. One scraped my arm while the other firmly planted itself in my leg. "AH! FUCK!" I screamed and stumbled looking down at the knife. Son of a bitch. I looked up to see a dark witch I didn't know running full speed at me. I tried to get to my feet but I wasn't fast enough, before I knew it we were both on the ground. She flung her fist down at me and connected with my ribs and I heard them crack. Shit. I have to get this fucking knife out of my leg. She delivered hit after hit, each I blocked barely. I reached down and grabbed the handle of the knife and in one swift pull I ripped it fr
Tye POV: Rex has been uneasy since we got in our hiding spots. The very sound of Bosch made my skin crawl and I couldn't wait until Alley killed him. Our world will be better off without him. I decided not to shift just yet because I like hand to hand combat, keeps my skills up to date so if I ever get into sticky situations and humans are around I won't feel the urge to shift. I kept Alley and Stephen in my line of sight because that is my baby sister and as much as I knew she could protect herself it's still my job to keep her safe. Each time I look at her I can see how much she has grown. She was strong before but now she is stronger and the way she carries herself hasn't changed. She loves those around her and she loves her pack. She gives us faith when we feel like there is none left. I heard the trees rustle around before a bag came flying out from it. What the hell is that? It landed by Bosch and when the smoke cleared he was stone and the most beautiful voice rang out. "Op
Tye POV: She stood tall, had piercing green eyes, now that I think of it our eyes almost matched. She was slim and had her hair braided, she looked like a true warrior, Rex licked her face, and she ran her fingers through our fur and I felt Rex instantly relax, her touch was soft and she smiled showing her pearly white teeth. Oh my goddess we are so screwed. She is perfect for us and in this moment I knew I would do anything for her. "Pythia! They are throwing poison smoke! We don't have an antidote for that." a voice rang out and Rex tensed and growled loudly, so her name is Pythia? The fucking dark witch queen?! I am mated to the dark witch queen?! She held her hand up and Rex stopped growling. The other woman stopped dead in her tracks looking me up and down. "Make and antidote in the woods quickly!" Pythia yelled back at her, she turned to me with a look I knew all too well. I was not about to like the words she spoke next. "I don't know who you are or why I feel a certain wa
Pythia POV: Everything was happening at once. I could feel Bosch about to break free and bags were being thrown causing the ground to explode. Shit this is not good. We need to do what we can and fast. I moved in and out quickly, snapping anyone's neck I came across. The large wolf trailed not far behind me, killing anything I missed. I could hear screams around me, people being injured, I saw a bag being launched in my direction but more behind me, I stopped and turned to see my big beautiful wolf being the main target. "NNOO!" I screamed and teleported to his side shoving him, fuck he weighed a lot, "Balthakk!" I roared and watched him be thrown to the side just as a bag hit the ground next to me. I didn't have time to brace myself before I was thrown in the same direction as my wolf, I landed against a super soft and fluffy figure. I felt a growl rip through him and I learned forward to stand only to realize I was hit harder than I thought. I stumbled around and felt my wolf
Pythia POV: Alley and Bosch came face to face and I could feel the power roll off the both of them when all of a sudden a knife came out and pierced Alleys stomach. "NOO! ALLEY!" Tye roared beside me, I heard screams echo out but I couldn't believe what I was seeing. He ripped the knife from her and stabbed her again. "ALLEY!!!" I screamed as Tye and I both bolted out, in my peripherals I could see Stephen and the others run out as Boschs body hit the ground. Alley placed her hand on her stomach and before she could hit the ground Stephen was there to catch her. Oh my goddess this is not happening. No way, no one was supposed to die! Stephen yelled out for a shirt and Tye took his off and handed it to him. Stephen picked Alley up and started to run, we all followed behind them and I found myself praying to the moon goddess that Alley would live. She has barely begun her journey; she doesn't deserve to go out like this. Stephen burst through the doors and I watched as their pack doc
Pythia POV: It's been almost a month since everything happened. I have split our group so we can help grow the surrounding trees how they once were. We all needed to stay shielded from the humans, not that I think they would do anything but still. We liked our privacy. I started making pathways for all of us to take so that the kids could walk in the woods without being lost if they ever wanted to go for a walk or whatever it is they do. I guess I will be finding out in eight short months when our little bundle of joy decides to enter the world. That was a shock of a lifetime finding out not only was I pregnant but so were the others. I left Tye with the other alphas so they can have their little meeting while I tended to the elders, ever since word broke out that I was mated to a wolf and was now carrying a child of that wolf the elders have had a huge stick up their asses about it. I wore his mark with pride because for the first time I wasn't looked at like I was some object th
Pythia POV:"What are you doing to do if we choose not to side with you on this?" Storm asked. "I have already put it in place. Should you go against it you will die." I replied in an even tone. "You can't kill us. There are more elders who think the same and have reported you to-" "Jessica shut up!" Damien snapped, cutting Jessica off. "Excuse me? Reported me to who?" I asked, taking a step forward, Ambrosia tensed next to me and unfolded her arms. "To the grand elders." Jessica finished with a smirk. "You think that scares me?" I asked, tilting my head to the side. "If you go against them they will kill you and that unborn mutt you have growing inside you." Jessica smirked. I leaped across the table at her only to have Ambrosia pull me back "You ever say some shit like that again about my child and I will kill you with my bare hands you bitch!" I roared. "Jessica that was out of line!" Damien screamed. "Pythia sweetie you have to
