* " Come on Alex hurry, I want to make sure we get those latest shoes " Patricia hurried Alex who kept walking sluggishly 

        

 " Come on its a limited edition and I heard only two were brought into the country, we need to get it" she said, Alex just rolled her eyes

        

 " didn't you say we'll go see Ryan today after we finished lunch, why are we shopping now" she asked with a frown, Patricia smiled and hugged her arm

 " I know but this is way urgent, Ryan isn't running away but those shoes won't last long so let's go get them and then we'll go to Ryan's place." She said and Alex sighed

        

" Okay then but let's hurry up okay" she snapped and started walking fast. She's actually anxious about what Emily is doing in Ryan's office, just thinking that she'll get to be by his side all day makes her angry.

        

" Welcome ma my name is Lily and I'll be helping you shop today" lily greeted with a professional smile. She actually works here as a sales person after school.

        

" Oh thank you um, I heard you guys have these shoes" pat asked showing her the picture on her phone.

        

" Oh yes we have mam please hold on a sec" lily said and typed on the computer while Patricia smiled

" Oh Am really sorry mam but these shoes have already been purchased " lily said and the smile on Patricia's face fell immediately

        

" But but that's impossible I heard it just landed here this morning so how can it be sold out?"

        

 " Someone already purchased it yesterday before it came in" lily said again and Patricia sighed sadly. Alex who had been standing one side came to meet them.

        

 " I'll double the price just sell it to us" she said and Patricia looked at her.

        

 " Am sorry but we can't do that mam, it's against our shopping Mall ethics" Lily said politely and Alex threw her a glare

" Did I ask if it was your ethics, I said sell it to us and I'll double the price didn't you hear me!" Alex snapped and Patricia held her hand immediately

        

 " Alex, calm down let's just go" she whispered but Alex removed her hand

" You say what, after dragging me here we'll go empty handed, no way pat we're getting those shoes" she said and faced lily

        

 " Where's your manager?, Let me talk to your manager now!" She yelled making other people to look at her

        The people kept whispering but she didn't care.

        

" Mam, you have to calm down now, your voice is too loud and you're disturbing the other customers " Lily said and Alex eyes widened immediately, 

        

 " What did you say?, My my voice is too loud how dare you..." She slapped lily immediately and everyone gasped.

        

" Alex!" Patricia gasped, she knows her friend's temper and this was what she wanted to avoid. Lily held her cheek and turned to look at Alex angrily, just then the manager came in.

        

" What's going on here...?" He's eyes widened when he saw Alex.

 " Are you the manager?"

        

  " Ye..yes ma'am" the manager rushed to her side immediately

        

" This employee of yours insulted me just now!" She said and the manager turned to lily

        

" What!, Lily how dare you insult a valuable costumer.!" He snapped then turned to Alex

        

" Miss Alex are you okay, please forgive me for hiring such an incompetent person" the manager said but Alex scoffed. Lily's eyes filled with rage

        

" Manager! Am the one who got slapped and you're asking if she's okay, what kind of manager are you... can't you even protect your employee!"

        

" Shut up! Apologize now and stop barking!" The manager yelled.

        

 " What apologize? I did nothing wrong but followed our Malls ethics so what..."

        

 " If you don't want to get fired you better apologize to miss Alex right now!" The manager cut her off. Alex smirked staring at lily giving her the ' I won look'

              

 " Alex , please let's just go " Patricia said feeling sorry for lily, Alex glared at her

        

 " Am not going anywhere till that brat apologize to me now...if she doesn't want to lose her job" Alex snapped. Lily clenched her hands and nodded

        

" Fine, I can't do anything because am an employee right" she faced the manager

        

" Then I quit!" She yelled and threw her name tag at the mangers face. She turned and slapped Alex so hard she fell down.

        Everyone gasped at the scene. Especially Patricia

 " Alex!!, are you okay?" She rushed to her immediately.

        

  * You just messed with wrong person bitch* lily smirked.

  Police Station

" Lily!" Landon called and rushed to her immediately. He was at the restaurant earlier when she called him .

        

" Are you okay? What happened?" He asked worriedly but lily bent her head and bit her lips in shame. She didn't want to call Emily because she knows she won't hear the end of it but seeing Landon now, she wished she called Emily instead.

        

" Are you here for miss lily Wilson?" A police officer asked

        

 " Yes sir, but what happened?" He asked

      

  " I'll tell you what happened, that bitch insulted me and even slapped me on top!" Alex snapped, she was putting on dark shades of eyeglasses because she got a black eye from the slap.

        

" Oh yeah, why don't you show us your face so we can see how bad it is" Lily mocked.

        

 " You! You have no idea who I am. I'll make sure you rot in jail for this bitch!Alex snapped but lily rolled her eyes

        

 " Please calm down everyone this is the police station so mind your language" the police said and pat held Alex hand calming her down. Just then Ethan and Dan came in

 " Oh miss Alex what happened again?" Dan cried coming closer to her, Alex scoffed and faced Patricia

        

" I told you to call Ryan, why did you call Ethan?" Pat wanted to talk but Ethan spoke

        

" Is that's what important geez you're really something else." He scoffed then faced the police

        

" Officer can she go now?"

        

 " Ah yes, that's if she settles with the other lady" the officer replied

        

 " I told you am not going to settle, that girl slapped my face and because of that I have to get treated, do you know how much is my face worth alone...it can buy this whole station and the people in it!" She snapped

        

 " Hey, you also slapped me, I just defended myself, is it my fault you got a baby skin" lily smirked and Landon Shaked his head.

        

 " Alex just settle this and let's go now!" Ethan snapped.

* Outside the police station

        

 " Hey bitch, make sure we don't ever cross part again do you hear me!" Alex snapped at lily but she rolled her eyes.

        

 " I rather kiss a goat than wish to see you again, let's go Landon" lily said and left with Landon leaving Alex dumbfounded, for some reason she felt like this wasn't the first time she had been compared to a goat. Ethan chuckled before facing Dan.

        

 " Dan take Patricia home, I'll go with Alex" 

        

" No it's okay, I came with my car...sorry for making you come here Ethan" Patricia said her voice soft. 

        

" You're not the one who caused trouble so why apologize , let's go Alex" he said coldly and left.

     * He hasn't changed yet, he's still cold to me* Patricia sighed sadly and left.
