Panic Attack!

 Episode 32

Emily froze staring at Trevor who smirked, his eyes filled with lust wandered around her body and he licked his lips.

        

 " Let go of her!" Ryan marched towards them and snatched her hand from him.

        

 " Woah calm down Ryan I wasn't doing anything" Trevor smirked and Ryan glared at him

 " I don't have time for you Trevor so just be on your way" he glared at him hatefully.

        

Trevor shurrghed " what, I was just admiring your employee, but I gat to say...you really have a good eye Ryan she's really hot" 

        

" If I were you I would concrete on your company" he came closer and whispered in his ear.

        

" I heard the bank is not giving you rest lately and your board members, aren't they planning to kick you out of your position" he smirked when he saw the look on Trevor's face then walked out of the restaurant with Emily.

        

  " Are you okay?" He asked

        

" Hmm, yes am okay" she nodded

        

" Just ignore him that's the way he is" he said and she looked at him curiously

        

" Did you two know each other in the past, was he your friend?" She asked

        

" Yes I've known him since highschool but he's not my friend, there's no way I'll be friends with such a jerk" he scoffed

        

* If you weren't friends then why were you with him that night six years ago, liar... you're the one who's the real jerk.* Emily thought staring at him with pure hatred in her eyes.

        

" Let's go" he said and she nodded. Ryan was about entering the car when he spotted a woman with blue hair. He felt a sharp pain in his chest immediately.

        

" Ugh!...ugh!.." he groaned painfully

        

 " Boss are you okay?" Emily asked casually but her eyes widened when he fell down.

        

" Bo boss boss!" She ran to him, the driver also came out of the car

" Boss are you okay..." The driver asked worriedly but Emily told him to call tlyer.

        

    Ryan's face turned pale and he was sweating profusely, he held his chest tightly. His heart beating fast like it would burst any second he was in serious pain.

        

 " Boss calm down... please calm down" Emily panicked she didn't know what to do. She stood up but Ryan dragged her back holding her hand tightly.

        

"Stay..." He muttered

        

" Uh what did you say?"

        

" Stay...stay with me... please" he manged to say before passing out.

        

" Boss boss!!!..."

* Ryan's house.

  Tlyer Carried Ryan and placed him gently on the bed.

" What are you doing?...why didn't you take him to the hospital?" Emily asked, Ryan was still holding her hand.

        

" We can't do that cause the public will get to know and this isn't what the public should find out "he said

        

Emily couldn't believe her ears" so, you're worried about his reputation even now... What's more important, his reputation or his life!" She snapped

        

 " I thought you didn't care about him so why are you being paranoid" Tyler said and she frowned

        

" I've already called his personal doctor, he's on his way already" he said and just then the door opened, an Asian looking man who Emily guessed to be Korean came inside.

        

 " Doctor lee, you're here" 

        

 "Hmm i came as soon as you called. " doctor lee examined Ryan and gave him some shots of injection.

        

" Is he going to be alright?" Emily asked and the doctor looked at her

 " Ah she's boss PA don't worry" Tyler said and he nodded, Emily blinked confused.

        

 " He's alright, I don't know what happened but he's even more better than his previous attacks....it seemed his heartbeat calmed down too fast that's why he passed out. " He said and Tlyer sighed relieved

        

" This is his shots for the month remember he shouldn't be stressed out. I'll be leaving now"

        

" Oh thank you sir, let me see you out" Tyler said and they left.

        

   Emily sighed and sat down on the bed. She tried to remove her hand but his grip was too strong.

        

 " Gosh let go of me already, my hand is red now" she frowned at him

 " Am sorry..." Ryan muttered 

        

 " Huh! You're awake?" she asked but saw his eyes closed and his lips moving. She moved closer to hear what he was saying.

        

 "Am sorry... sorry...am sorry."Ryan kept mumbling.

        

 " I wonder who you offended that makes you feel sorry even in your dream" she muttered staring at him.

* Few hours later

   Ryan's eyes snapped open and he sat up immediately. His breath still ragged, he checked his wrist watch and sighed

        

Tlyer woke up from the sofa he was sleeping on " Boss you're awake" 

 " Hmm" he nodded. He turned and saw Emily sleeping on a chair beside him.

        

" What's she doing here?"

        

" don't you remember, you held her hand when you passed out and we couldn't remove it so... She Stayed" Tyler said, Ryan checked and saw he was really holding her.

        

" Gosh, I've been holding her since ?" he let go immediately

        

 " She must be really tired" he sighed

 * Emily woke up few minutes later and discovered she was on Ryan's bed. She got down immediately.

        

"You're awake, am sorry for stressing you out today" Ryan apologized

        

 " No need, it won't ever happen again so don't worry... I'll take my leave now" she turned to go but he stopped her.

        

" Thank you... thanks for helping me today, I don't know why but I felt much better when I saw you beside me after I woke up" he smiled

        

" No need to thank me, I didn't do anything and the reason why you saw me here was because you kept holding unto me" she said with a straight face.

        

 Ryan smile faded "why can't I do anything for you, you don't want me to help you and now, you don't want me to thank you... why do you dislike me so much" he asked pained at her distance attitude towards him 

        

" I just don't want to owe you anymore simple so can I go now"

        

 Ryan nodded slowly" you can go".

 Emily Walked out of the room hurriedly and he sighed watching her.

* Ethan's office

 " Huh! You had an episode yesterday but Tlyer didn't tell me... how're you now feeling better?" Ethan asked worriedly, he was talking to Ryan on the phone.

        

📞 Yeah am alright now am even in the office.

        

" Hmm am glad then, that means it wasn't serious like the other times cause if it were...you wouldn't be able to talk until two days later" Ethan said and Ryan chuckled

        

 " Gosh that tlyer why didn't he call me huh!".

        

 📞 Don't blame him, am sure he didn't want you to be worried since you're not in the country right now

        

 " Hmm, okay then but I'll still give him a piece of my mind when I get back...hmm okay bye". He hanged up and saw some messages from Patricia.

He sighed and ruffled his hair.
