I kept switching the channels, but every channel seemed to be talking about Sally's downfall. I was shocked.

How could the company ask her to step down as CEO? It wasn't making any sense, yet I knew it needed to make sense to me.

I knew a lot had happened lately, but that wasn't enough reason to bring her down like that without any warnings. It happened so quickly.

I wondered if Sally was doing well at all. I knew she needed someone's shoulder to lean on. I wondered if Alex was ready to give her his shoulder since things were not going too well with her.

Even though it was sad news, this was still my opportunity to get Sally. I would take advantage of her sadness and steal her from Alex. I would have to think of ways to get her in my bed.

I decided to put a call through to Sally. Luckily, she picked up almost immediately.

"Sally," I called her calmly.

"I am sure that you have seen the news already," she said and sniffled in.
