CHAPTER FOURTY ONE

ALEXANDER

Sally and I went to see the beach together. We also visited the park before we decided to head home. We spent the whole day outside, and it was already getting late.

"I thought we were supposed to rest on Saturdays," Sally giggled. "Now we spent the whole day out."

We drove home.

While walking into the house, I tried to keep my eyes off Sally. She looked prettier than ever today.

We walked upstairs together. Sally suddenly stopped in front of her room and turned around to face me.

I smiled deeply as I stared at her.

"I had so much fun today," she confessed.

"Maybe we should do this more often," I said.

Sally didn't say another word. She only smiled deeply and lowered her gaze to the floor.

"What do you say?" I asked her.

She shook her head and lifted her gaze to face me. Our eyes locked, and I felt cold shivers all over me.

"Why would I deny such and opportunity," she asked and bit her lower lip.
