The meeting started not too long ago, and I was staring at all the shareholders and board members. I didn't like attending meetings because it reminded me of what they did to me.

I picked up my phone and began to scroll through it.

"The CEO is online now," Mr Johnson announced.

"When would we stop having this kind of meeting with him?" Miss Sheila asked.

She hissed and folded her arms. The anonymous CEOs voice came in, and we picked up. I wasn't interested in the meeting, so I wasn't listening to everything that was being said to him.

"I agree with that."

I lifted my head in surprise after hearing the voice of the anonymous CEO for the first time. I was shocked because he sounded exactly like Alex, but I decided to let it slide.

"Just create a document and forward it to me. I'd just go through it."
