“You have to rest, Marcus. I told you I'm okay,” I said while he's still by my side, holding my hand.

“I told you, Sofia, I will not leave. I'll stay here,” he said.

“Fine, but you have to take a shower. You smell bad,” I said, and he smelled his clothes.

“You're just making excuses,” he said while caressing my tummy.

“Baby, did you hear your daddy? He doesn't want to listen to mommy,” I said, and he looked at me.

“Just take a shower,” I said, and he stood up.
