CHAPTER NINE

AIDEN'S POV

"Fine." I grumbled.

" I'm doing this for your own good. What if she gets hold of the pictures before you even let her know what was happening? Don't you think if she decides to let it out,you stand a lot to lose?"

"Audrey is right, Aiden. Besides, it's just an apology. You at least owe her that."

"Come on man, not you too. I see you two are ganging up on me."

I tried to wriggle out from doing this with the excuse of not knowing where she lives.

"That won't be a problem because I do." Audrey smiled sweetly at me. "Since you don't have anything you're doing,we could go now."

Giving me a look that says "you're not getting out of this."

I shot her a murderous glare but still reluctantly followed her to Mia's home.

I called her several times but she didn't pick up.Audrey did too,same result. I guess she didn't want to speak with any of us.

We got to her door and I could hear some laughter coming from inside. An adult's which certainly must be hers and a little girl's voice.
