CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY THREE

AIDEN'S POV.

" Where is Mrs Black? " Jordan asked me, calling Mia by her new last name.

Hmm… Mrs Black.. I like the sound of that.

" She went in to change some minutes ago with her Aunt. " I replied and then scrunched up my nose when I remembered she should have been away for sometime." That's odd. "

" What is odd? " Audrey asked me,

" They should be out now. " I answered, checking the time on my wristwatch.

" Oh God, please…. Let it not be what I'm thinking. " Audrey muttered under her breath but I heard her clearly.

" What is wrong? " I asked her. I was confused and at the same time, a little bit scared.

She and Jordan made their way to the room set aside for Mia without saying another word to me. I followed behind them.
