Chapter sixty five

“Henrietta!!” Eddie Wayne cried out. Henrietta fell to the ground and held the side of her stomach where she was shot.

“My poor child!” He shakes with a sob. The cops took him up.

“Let me go! I need to take my child to the hospital” he struggles with the cops. He was handcuffed and pushed into a van. They drove off from the scene.

“Get the ambulance!” Sapphire screamed in tears. Quincey bends down beside her and raises her head a little bit.

“Please don't leave us, Henrietta” he cried.

“Quicney, I am weak. I don't think I am going to come out of this. I did this to prove that I am a changed person and for the love I had for you. Sapphire is your happiness and I want you to be happy. I love you so much, Quincey. It’s hurt” she passed out.

“Henrietta, please don't do this to me” he screamed. He embraced her head close to his chest. The ambulance comes in shortly. They took Henrietta away.

“She saved my life” Tears roll down Sapphire’s cheeks. She embraces Quincey.
