Chapter four

"Dad, this must be the family picture of your best friend who stole your money. Haven't you seen her yet?" She kept the picture on the table. 

"Not yet, my angel," he said having a cigarette perpetually dangling out of his mouth. 

"This face in this picture looks familiar to me. What's her name again? " she asked staring at the picture again on the glass table. 

"Her name is the sapphire sky. Have you heard of that name anywhere? "he asked and bought out a cloud of smoke from his mouth. 

"No, not at all"the word escaped from her mouth. 

"But dad, if I get any necessary information concerning this same issue, I will get you informed. We are in this together"she peck her dad on his cheek and went inside her room. When she got to her room, she sat down on her bed. The picture she saw earlier kept appearing in her brain. 

"What if she is the new girl in my school and she just changes her name for people do not know her? Well, I am going to find out anyways" I muttered to myself. She grabbed her teddy bear when she reoccurs what happened earlier between her and her crush, Quincey Lee or should I say her sex mate. 

Henry M guru high school

It is lunch break and every student rushed to the cafeteria to get some food. Sapphire waited for her newfound friend, Courtney so they can go together. 

"Hi! Courtney "waved her hand when she saw her and she walks up to her. 

What's kept you so long? I thought you wouldn't show up" sapphire sky hugged her. 

"I will always show up. Mr. Brown was on our neck trying to tell us some research he made concerning our project" she said while walking with her with their hands linked together. 

"I wished we were in the same department. We should have been doing some nasty things together" she touched her cheeks playfully. 

"Ouch! That's hurt" she dragged sapphire's long hair and they laugh out loud. We got to the cafeteria at the same time. We order two plates of quinoa muffins. The waiter gave us two trays separately with a plate of quinoa muffins in them. Sapphire sky and Courtney took their tray in their hands and had some good conversation together walking to a space in the cafeteria. Their usual spot I guess! Henrietta walked in from nowhere and splashed the sapphire sky's meal on her dress which makes sapphire scream. 

"What thy hell have you done? "She cried out. 

"This is for trying to take my man away from me. You just walked in from nowhere and you think you can take him from me just like that. How dare you? " she points her finger toward her. 

"You did this because of a man. You just ruin my dress and besides who is the guy? "She squinted her eyes. 

"I don't need to give you his name but stay away from him. Next time, it won't be funny at all" she pushed her and left. 

"My dress is a mess. I just got into this school and this is what I get. I am really hungry and I don't have to afford money for myself" she bows her head. 

"First of all, let's go to the restroom to get this off your dress. We can talk about the meal after that" Courtney said with a smile and walked her up to the restroom. They were able to clean up the stain on sapphire's dress. They walked out of the restroom together and they sat down on one of the seats where Courtney's meal was. 

"Jeaune, you don't have to bother yourself over what Henrietta just did. That's how she behaves when she knew that someone is better than her " she touched sapphire's shoulder. 

"You can have my meal. I will go hungry for you. You are my friend and I will do anything to make you happy" she moved her plate of meal towards sapphire. 

"You don't have to. I will be fine" she said. Suddenly, sapphire and Courtney stare with wide eyes and raised eyebrows. They were so shocked and surprised at what they saw. Quincey Lee orders two plates of quinoa muffins and bought them to their table by himself and sat down on the empty seat available. All students murmured among themselves because Quincey Lee has not done that in the school before not in history. Everybody knows him as a playboy who goes about taking all kinds of girls he likes. Why is sapphire's own different? 

"Hi! Ladies" he smiles at them with his eyes staring at sapphire. 

"Hi! " Courtney replied smacking her lips seducing. 

" I am sorry for what Henrietta did to you. I wasn't aware of it. I was informed by my friend that's why I had to make it up to you with this' he splayed his fingers. 

"You shouldn't have. I don't need any of this from you and besides, she did it because of you. Courtney, let's leave here" she squirt her eyes and stood up. Courtney stood up angrily and move closer to her. 

"What are you doing? He offers you a gift and you don't have to reject it. Quincey Lee had never done this kind of a thing to any lady before not even in the history of this school. You were hungry, right? Let's eat" she whispers slowly. 

"Courtney, I know I said I am hungry earlier but not anymore. You can go and eat the meal. I am not interested at all. If you are through, you know where to find me" sapphire sky said and walks away angrily.
