Chapter Hundred and three

Rose's POV

I smiled reassuringly at Lizzie as her weeping eyes met mine. She have been depressed, wondering where she fit into the pack as well as why there was dispute between her and Catherine. I had supported her, listened to her, and gave her words of inspiration. I said, "Lizzie, you're an important part of this pack and we all love you. Don't allow uncertainties to overcome you. Keep your composure; things will improve."

She nodded, appreciation in her eyes, and I gave her a reassuring grip on the hand. We counted on one another for support during moments of doubt and sorrow since our pack felt like a family. I gave Lizzie one more piece of advice to cheer her up and then I to a spot where I can watch everything from afar.

I was compelled to think about the complex relationships in our pack as I left Lizzie. I had learned that managing the intricacies of relationships and commitments demanded a combination of power and empathy. They were a continual undertone in my life.
