Trinity's POV

After we had finished dinner, Antoine took the plates to the kitchen and automatically began to wash them.

"You can just leave them in the basin," I said.

"It's fine. You've cooked the meal. I will do the washing," Antoine replied without raising his head.

I was surprised to hear that they came out of Antoine's mouth.

Donald had never gone into the kitchen. And he disdained those men who shared the responsibility of housework with their wives.

Donald believed that housework was women's responsibility and men were supposed to focus on something more important, earning money, for example.

But I disagreed. I thought a man couldn't succeed if he couldn't even take care of himself.

Unfortunately, almost all the men in my pack thought the same.
