I stood still, my sharp werewolf senses on high alert. With my acute hearing, I could pick up every sound from outside the wardrobe, no matter the distance. Eva's nervous tone and Thelma's accusatory words made my instincts twitch. I didn't like being confined, but I knew Eva was trying to protect herself, not me, obviously.

She was hiding me from her sister, and I couldn't blame her. A guy at a place as early as seven? I wouldn't have bothered hiding if I didn't think it would be… awkward.
