Micah's pov

I tried to wriggle myself out of the handcuffs holding me in place but everything I tried was completely useless.

It was like I was glued to the pool rather than handcuffed to it. It didn't help that the room was pitch black.

I had woken up just an hour ago and had found myself in here, memories of what happened had been instant too. It was all Juliet.

What I didn't understand was why?

Why bring me here?

I was going to kill her once I got out of these impossible restraints.

The whole thing didn't make sense to me.

Why abduct me and for what purpose?

I had no idea what she was planning but I was going to kill her if she tried anything funny.

Which reminded me! Why did she have Maya's phone?

I suddenly thought, realizing that she'd been the one that texted me and not Maya.

Something fishy was going on but what?

I tried again to get out of the lock, unlocking my Alpha super strength this time but it was useless.

I couldn't get it to break. The cuffs were laced with wolfbane.
