GOING BACK

“What did you say?,” Alpha Alcide asked his assistant with a cold look on his face. One look at him and one would know that he meant business and was not in for any jokes. Alpha Alcide walked towards his bed as he was currently in the room booked for him. He sat down on the bed, brought out the pack of cigarette in his pocket, took a stick, lit it and took a puff

“I said I have a feeling that pack Brawl are planning something against you Alpha. Three days ago, their alpha was seen conversing with the alpha of one of our other rival packs and one would not help but wonder if they would actually stick to their deal. I have a feeling that they sent the girl to distract you and make you believe everything is going on well before they strike back” Alpha alcide’s assistant said while keeping his head bowed. He has been serving Alcide for years now and even still, he is not used to the aura he emits whenever he feels angry or bothered.

Alcide stood up, walked towards the window looking down at the busy street and a wicked glint flashed in his eyes. Without looking back at his assistant, he replied

“Send someone to watch over the alpha, be discreet, incase of any suspicious movements, inform me first hand”

“Ok Alpha, I’d do just that” Alpha Alcide’s assistant turned his back to leave when he was halted by the voice of Alpha Alcide.

“What about Serafine?”

Alcide was surprised he said that out loud. He thought he said that in his mind. For an unknown reason, the thought of Serafine and if she’s missing him had clouded his mind and he couldn’t just shake it off no matter how hard he tried

“Well so far, everything is going fine with her Alpha. When she got back, she went straight to her room and she has not gone out since then” the Assistant added

Alpha Alcide thought within himself

 ‘that’s strange, how will someone just lock herself up for hours without stepping out, at least to eat’ just as the thought came, he dismissed it reminding himself not to interfere with her business. He has a lot on his plate right now and he should work on that and not think about a girl he just met some days ago.

“Tell your men to keep an eye on her too” He finally added after thinking for a while

“Ok alpha, I’d do that” the assistant added after which he stepped out of the room.

After a while, the room was quiet again and then Alcide’s thoughts drifted off to Serafine again. He got frustrated, clutched his hair and walked towards the bathroom. He stepped out soon after, picked up his phone and dialed a number

“Bring her up” Alpha Alcide added with a commanding tone to the person across the line. After saying this, he cut the call and walked towards the bed.

He heard a knock and he knew she was there already. The door opened and a petite lady wearing a long grey jacket stepped in. Without looking at her, Alcide said

“On the bed, all fours”

Immediately, the lady took off her jacket and only her undies could be seen after that. She climbed the bed and got on all fours. Alpha Alcide took off his robe, climbed on the bed and touched the lady’s backside. Ever since his trauma, he could not sleep with women with them facing him because he would just see that witch face on the lady and then it would get brutal. As such, he only had to do them from the back. Even at this, he still could not afford them to touch him as only he was allowed to do that. Some of the women he had been with before tried to break this rule but it ended up bad for them and they were always the one to cower in fear while he did not spare a glance at them cause they were clearly warned. He held her waist and just as he was about to enter her, the thought of that one particular lady that had been haunting him came to him. He groaned, pulled away and out of frustration, shouted at her

“Out. Now.” The lady took her things and ran out of the room like she was being chased by a mad man. This was the first time she was seeing Alpha Alcide this angry

Alpha Alcide sighed out of frustration. He could not even enjoy intimacy with another woman without Serafine invading his senses. At a point, he saw her body shape as that of Serafine and he just lost it.

He picked up his phone, went on the gram and then he saw the profile of the woman he was trying to avoid pop out on his gram. He clicked on it and then he was taken to her profile. He scrolled down, checking her uploaded photos and videos. He noticed that she rarely shows her face and most of her posts were about a dog.

He smiled within him as he realized that she was very frequent on the gram. He checked her recent post and laughed a little bit. She posted some pictures of her room and then he saw that she was live and then he clicked it.

“Welcome guys, how are you guys doing? So guys, today, I am going to do something that would surely get me in trouble but you can’t blame me right? I just want to be happy”. After saying this, she showed the back of a man and after seeing that, Alcide frowned, stood up angrily and left the room

His assistant saw him walking across the hallway angrily and asked him

“Where are you rushing to Alpha?”

“We are going back to the pack now” Alcide said angrily while still watching Serafine’s live on the gram.
