BLAIR’S POV

We were now all set for our big day, again.

I had begged to have a small ceremony, against Brian’s will to let the entire Winchester know that we were tying the knot for forever.

On this fateful morning, I was standing right in front of the mirror, torn apart and broken.

‘The happiest day of my life,’ I often hear people describe, but this was the second time and yet, happiness was far from me.

I stared at the mirror, feeling the sting of pain, betrayal, accompanied by a pinch of guilt, all summing up into uncertainty and fear.

Brian and Steven had left for the registry and while I waited to be driven there, I couldn’t help question all of my life’s decision, up to this point.

In slow steps, I moved over to the bed and stared out the window, as the vehicle drove in.

‘It is time, Blair,’ I thought.

I caught a glimpse of the brown envelop my parents had sent, right inside the drawer that was slightly opened, beside the bed.
